DĂŒfte sind halt Geschmackssache mal gut ma schlecht, aber bei einen sehr teuren parfĂŒm (400€) weil man keine probeflasche gefunden hat, bestellt man es wie bei jeden anderen und wenn man nur mal geschnuppert hat wirds nicht mehr zurĂŒck genommen. Schon gleich direkt kundenunfreundlich. Es gibt zwar eine mail wo das darin steht, dass es nach Öffnung, nicht zurĂŒck genommen wird. Dann sollen sie bei so einer Preissumme doch direkt einfach gleich ne probe bei legen.

Regarding your return request, our policy requires that products remain sealed and unopened to be eligible for a return. Since you mentioned that the perfume has been opened and sprayed, we are unable to accept the return of this item.

To help customers test fragrances before opening a full 100ml bottle, we provide a complimentary sample kit with each purchase. This allows you to try the scents in a sample format first by choosing the fragrances that you wish to receive. As in your order, you didn't choose any fragrance, so we sent a standard one.

Because the bottle has been used, we cannot process a return as we are unable to resell products that have already been sprayed.

servizio clienti terribile

Ho ricevuto in regalo per il mio compleanno un flacone di Xerjoff Iommi Monkey Special, codice L.10525D e codice a barre 8054320902447. Il flacone era correttamente sigillato. Prima di aprirlo, il profumo era molto intenso. Aprendolo, ho notato che il tappo era umido, la pietra nera all'interno del flacone si stava scrostando e anche la zona vicino al contagocce era umida. Anche dopo due giorni, il forte odore nel flacone persiste. Ho provato a contattarli e ho parlato con Alice, ma mi ha detto che non poteva fare nulla perché non aveva modo di verificare l'autenticità del prodotto. Sono rimasto sorpreso anche dalla notizia che non esista un sistema di verifica, perché il sito web del passeggero stesso fornisce le istruzioni sul sigillo NFC, ovvero le istruzioni ufficiali di Xerjoff, ma sul sito web di Xerjoff compaiono istruzioni diverse...
E anche tramite il sigillo NFC sulla bottiglia, che si trovava all'interno della confezione sigillata. Se questo non dimostra l'autenticitĂ  del prodotto, si puĂČ solo pensare che al cliente non importi nulla, ma solo il profitto. Quindi, come ho detto prima, l'unica cosa che resta da fare Ăš danneggiare l'immagine del marchio, anche dopo che l'autenticitĂ  Ăš stata dimostrata tramite i mezzi forniti dal sito web e dal sigillo della bottiglia (anche se voi affermate che questo non esiste). Informazioni contraddittorie e cliente senza alcuna azione da parte dell'azienda. Ecco un video che mostra il processo di verifica tramite tag NFC, seguendo le istruzioni sul sito web di Xerjoff. Ho realizzato un video, sempre seguendo le istruzioni del sito web di Xerjoff, che descrive la verifica dell'autenticitĂ  tramite tag NFC. Il video Ăš allegato.

Il prodotto Ăš originale, come dimostrato dai video inviati, e non ho ricevuto risposta alle email. La verifica del sigillo NFC, secondo le istruzioni sul sito ufficiale di Xerjoff, ha confermato l'originalitĂ  del prodotto. L'azienda ha la responsabilitĂ  legale del prodotto. In caso di esclusiva, la vendita dovrebbe avvenire esclusivamente tramite il sito web.

ContinuerĂČ a esercitare un'influenza negativa sull'azienda attraverso tutti i mezzi di comunicazione possibili a causa della mancanza del sigillo di garanzia (oltre a numerose altre lamentele di natura simile), perchĂ© se il prodotto Ăš certificato originale, significa che Ăš passato dalla fabbrica al negozio in cui la persona lo acquista, mantenendo il collegamento di responsabilitĂ  con la fabbrica.

Produto com defeito e pouco caso da xerjoff

ExperiĂȘncia horrĂ­vel.
Recebi um frasco do perfume Xerjoff Iommi Monkey Special como presente de aniversĂĄrio, cĂłdigo L.10525D e cĂłdigo de barras 8054320902447. O frasco estava devidamente lacrado. Antes de abri-lo, o aroma era muito intenso. Ao abri-lo, notei que a tampa estava Ășmida, a pedra preta dentro do frasco estava descascando e a ĂĄrea prĂłxima ao conta-gotas tambĂ©m estava Ășmida. Mesmo apĂłs dois dias, o forte odor no frasco persiste. Tentei entrar em contato com a empresa e falei com Alice, mas ela disse que nĂŁo podia fazer nada, pois nĂŁo tinha como verificar a autenticidade do produto. TambĂ©m fiquei surpreso ao saber que nĂŁo hĂĄ sistema de verificação, porque o prĂłprio site da Xerjoff fornece instruçÔes sobre o selo NFC — as instruçÔes oficiais da Xerjoff — mas o site da Xerjoff tem instruçÔes diferentes...
E tambĂ©m atravĂ©s do selo NFC na garrafa, que estava dentro da embalagem lacrada. Se isso nĂŁo comprova a autenticidade do produto, sĂł podemos presumir que o cliente nĂŁo se importa com mais nada, apenas com o lucro. EntĂŁo, como eu disse antes, a Ășnica coisa que resta a fazer Ă© prejudicar a imagem da marca, mesmo depois da autenticidade ter sido comprovada pelos meios fornecidos pelo site e pelo selo da garrafa (mesmo que vocĂȘs afirmem que isso nĂŁo existe). InformaçÔes contraditĂłrias e nenhuma ação por parte da empresa. Aqui estĂĄ um vĂ­deo demonstrando o processo de verificação da etiqueta NFC, seguindo as instruçÔes do site da Xerjoff. Fiz um vĂ­deo tambĂ©m seguindo as instruçÔes do site da Xerjoff, que descreve a verificação de autenticação da etiqueta NFC. O vĂ­deo estĂĄ anexado.
A xerjoff nĂŁo responde mais meus e-mails e muito menos se preocupa com o cliente.

Wonderful experience

I wanted to purchase a perfume from the house Xerjoff and after looking up in the online stores that I know and normally order my perfumes from, I decided to order directly from their website.

Their service is top! All worked very smoothly. Based on the amount of the purchase you get some free samples.

I got 4 samples (2ml) which I could choose personally and one 15ml gift! The package was delivered with DHL express and therefore fasr delivery.

The packaging is great and done with care. There was a big box with their name (Xerjoff) on it, tied with a beautiful ribbon. Perfect if you want to give it as a gift. Then inside the package the perfume I ordered, samples and the gift all wrapped in nice papers with a luxury feeling in it!

The main item, in fact the perfume came in a wonderful packaging. Their typical box with their logo amd inside it the box of perfume made of faux leather (I believe). Opening the box the perfume is again wrapped in a soft very smooth kind of textile. A lot of fine details as expected from a luxury brand.

Very well done.

Assuming the prices the online Shops charge you for Xerjoff samples, I do not see any reason to order from online shops like dou.. seph... etc.
And do not even consider the shops which are selling Xerjoff perfumes around 100 boxes under the original price, they are fakes.

Future purchases of the perfumes from Xerjoff will definitely be directly on their website!

Xerjoff ĂŒberzeugt jedes Mal aufs Neue

Ich bestelle inzwischen seit rund zweieinhalb Jahren regelmĂ€ĂŸig direkt ĂŒber die Xerjoff Webseite und wurde bisher kein einziges Mal enttĂ€uscht.

Meine aktuellste Bestellung hat das Ganze wieder bestĂ€tigt. Sonntagabend bestellt, MontagfrĂŒh bereits aus Italien verschickt und heute am Mittwochnachmittag schon in meinen HĂ€nden. FĂŒr einen internationalen Versand ist das schlichtweg extrem schnell und absolut vorbildlich.

Besonders positiv finde ich, dass Bestellungen hĂ€ufig mit sehr schönen Extras verbunden sind. Diesmal waren neben dem bestellten Duft zusĂ€tzlich ein Samplekit sowie ein 15 ml Miniflakon dabei. Solche Aktionen machen das Einkaufserlebnis einfach besonders und sorgen dafĂŒr, dass man als Kunde das GefĂŒhl hat, dass hier wirklich Wert auf das Gesamtpaket gelegt wird.

Die DĂŒfte selbst bewegen sich natĂŒrlich in einer klaren Luxuspreisklasse und sind definitiv nicht gĂŒnstig. Dennoch muss ich ehrlich sagen, dass ich persönlich bisher keine andere Marke gefunden habe, die in Sachen DuftqualitĂ€t, Performance, Haltbarkeit und vor allem in der Raffinesse der Kompositionen auf einem vergleichbaren Niveau liegt. DĂŒfte wie Naxos oder auch 40 Knots und Co. sprechen fĂŒr sich und haben einen ganz eigenen Wiedererkennungswert.

Auch die Webseite ist insgesamt ĂŒbersichtlich und hochwertig aufgebaut, sodass man sich gut zurechtfindet. Schön wĂ€re es aus meiner Sicht lediglich, wenn die Seite zusĂ€tzlich auch auf Deutsch verfĂŒgbar wĂ€re.

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist der Bestellprozess rund um das kostenlose Samplekit. Das individuelle Zusammenstellen beziehungsweise Customisieren könnte etwas benutzerfreundlicher gelöst sein, da es beim ersten Mal etwas umstÀndlich wirkt.

Davon abgesehen funktioniert der gesamte Ablauf jedoch hervorragend. Der Kundensupport antwortet zudem immer sehr schnell und zuverlÀssig, was bei hochpreisigen Bestellungen ebenfalls ein wichtiger Punkt ist.

NatĂŒrlich zahlt man direkt ĂŒber die offizielle Webseite teilweise etwas mehr als bei einzelnen Drittanbietern. Trotzdem bestelle ich bewusst weiterhin direkt dort, weil das Gesamtpaket aus ultraschnellem Versand, exklusiven Zugaben, zuverlĂ€ssigem Support und dem direkten Markenerlebnis fĂŒr mich einfach stimmig ist.

FĂŒr Liebhaber hochwertiger NischendĂŒfte ist Xerjoff fĂŒr mich nach wie vor eine absolute Top Adresse.

As informed via WhatsApp, DHL confirmed to us that your package was never handled to them.

The tracking code that you attached, with the shipment departing from Eindhoven and being delivered to PIANEZZA - CITTA METROPOLITANA DI TORINO - CANADA, is not our warehouse, nor our address. We never received this package, and, by confirmation from DHL, they never took your package.

Our return labels can't be used in a parcel shop or service point, as it is not accepted with our customer number with DHL. You said that you left your package at the ServicePoint in Breda, which the driver told you to do because it was near your house, but I can see that it is 31 km from your house.

So, how is it possible that, in the tracking details, the package departed from Eindhoven (91 km from your address) and not from Breda?

Another point is, why did you contact us just after 3 weeks when you said that you dispatched the package with this amount of order?

I sent you the confirmation from DHL that the package was never taken by them.

If you wish to issue a complaint with DHL, I need you to forward me the email in which they sent you the confirmation that you handled the package to them, which I'm speaking to you about via email.

Truly exceptional customer service

I had an issue with functionality of the Xerjoff website, with regard to placing an order for a new product, so I reached out to customer services.

I received a swift reply from Alice, a customer service specialist, who informed me that they were working to get the issue resolved.
Alice offered to place the order for me manually.
I was busy at that moment, but within a couple of hours, I received a further email from Alice, informing me that the issue with online ordering was resolved.

I subsequently placed an order through the website, and received a message from Alice, thanking me for the purchase, and promising to despatch it immediately, with the hope that I'd receive it the following day - a notion that I found risible, considering that Xerjoff are based in Torino, and I am in the UK.

Well, it's now 24 hours after I placed the order, and my shipment is about to be delivered, here in the England.

I consider this to be first classcustomer service, that truly reflects the standing of Xerjoff, as one of the finest fragrance houses in Europe.

I owe a debt of gratitude to Alice and the team in Torino, for their friendly, efficient and personal service.

Insulting customer service and shady business integrity

I'm in the USA and ordered a bottle of Naxos (€200) directly from Xerjoff in Italy as it's hard to find in my town and I wanted to be 100% sure I was getting the real thing. When the box arrived, everything seemed fine until I opened the cardboard and could Immediately smell perfume. Inside I found the bottle broken: the atomizer had broken off along with a large chunk of glass. No liquid was in the bottle. Chalky residue and liquid stains covered the tray and the luxurious Xerjoff box.

Immediately I took numerous photos and submitted a claim to customer service via WhatsApp. A customer service agent named Alessandro responded and asked for additional photos and/or video to demonstrate the damage, which I took and provided. He told me the claim would first be submitted to FedEx. That took about a week, after which I was told that FedEx denied the claim because there was no evident damage to the outer box.

I work as a Materials Manager at a hospital, a field I have been working in for 20 years, so this declination by FedEx was understandable. It wasn't FedEx's fault. What was obvious to me, immediately upon opening the box, was the complete lack of packaging material - the inner glossy white Xerjoff box had more than a centimeter of room on all three dimensions. Inside the white box, the Naxos box, along with the sample pack, had several centimeters of room on all three dimensions, with no packaging material to stabilize it. Shipping from Italy through France to the USA, numerous transfer hubs, there is no guarantee of integrity of the perfume bottle. This is entirely Xerjoff's fault. I documented these details and included them in my claim to Xerjoff.

I received the following email from Alessandro at Xerjoff:

Hello, we apologise for the late reply and we would like to thank you for the patience.
Here's the latest reply from Fedex:

"We have received your complaint regarding our previous communication.
After reviewing your report and conducting checks, no anomalies were detected in our systems.

The checks also revealed that the shipment, upon delivery, did not show any external damage that could indicate mishandling during transport. This was confirmed to us by the destination branch and the courier.
In light of the above, we regret to inform you that any refund requests you may have will not be processed".

Furthermore, there is no stain on the tray, which is inevitable after such a breakage. However, your bottle is completely clean, and the tray is not stained yellow, as should occur after such a leak. (If you wish, we can also send you a photo of a perfume that has leaked into the tray to highlight the difference.)

For these reasons, we confirm that we are unable to provide further assistance for your product.

I replied on WhatsApp stating: "In response to your email, you can clearly see in the photos and videos I sent you where the perfume leaked out and stained the tray."

Alessandro replied by showing me three photos of what a leak *should* look like, that my situation did not meet this criteria, and therefore they cannot provide any further assistance.

My further replies were ignored.

I submitted a 1 star feedback review to Xerjoff when I was prompted by them via email, explaining the situation.

I found Sergio Momo, the founder and CEO of Xerjoff on Instagram writing him a cordial message to discuss a disturbing situation I had with a customer service agent at Xerjoff. Surprisingly, he replied, within about a day, writing, "please let me know what the issue is and i will look into it.

Several hours later I explained the situation.
It has been over a week with no further acknowledgement or indication that the message has been read.

I then directly messaged Simona Biancalana, the Global Marketing and Communications Manager at Xerjoff, on LinkedIn, explaining the situation exactly as I had to Sergio. I have received no response or acknowledgement.

Part of the reason I purchased a €200 bottle of perfume directly from the perfumer, paying expensive international shipping, was to be absolutely sure I would be getting the real product. When it arrived, it was broken, there was residue all over the box and tray, clearly indicating a break during shipment, yet I was treated with abject, disrespectful dismissal. I hope this is all a misunderstanding on the part of Xerjoff and not a representation of the company as a whole, because the insinuation obviously apparent in the customer service interaction suggests something far more insidious on the part of this company.

I recommend no one ever deal with them directly. They have no respect for their customers and ignore clear evidence when it is inconvenient for them.

Update: Their reply ignores my evidence of faulty packing.

We wish to clarify that none of our operators treated you rudely or disrespectfully during the conversations via message/email, and we apologize if some of these words or phrases may be static.

Regarding your order, we wish to inform you that before being shipped, our products are scrupulously checked by our team to prevent any damage during transport.

The box is specially constructed with materials (such as the white tray) to protect the product during its journey to the end customer.

Furthermore, as the courier confirmed, and you also confirmed via message, the outer and inner boxes arrived in perfect condition, and there were no signs of any damage, not even on the outside of the perfume box.

Additionally, the same package included a sample kit consisting of four small 2ml fragrances, which you didn't complain about, so we assume they arrived in perfect condition, without any defects.

We sincerely hope this clarifies the situation, but we remain at your disposal for any further questions.

Acquistano due profumi. Uno arrivato integro. L’altro arrivato usato senza pelicolla di sicurezza chiedo il reso e mi viene confermato che devo pagare 40€ oltre al fatto che posso non avere il rimborso. Assurdo!!!

Desideriamo rassicurarla sul fatto che ogni nostra creazione viene sottoposta a rigorosi controlli di qualità prima di essere sigillata e spedita. È nostra politica assoluta non commercializzare prodotti che non siano perfettamente integri e mai utilizzati.

In merito all'assenza del cellophane, si tratta di un'eccezione isolata in fase di confezionamento della quale ci scusiamo. Tuttavia, le confermiamo che l'integritĂ  e la qualitĂ  della fragranza non sono in alcun modo compromesse: il prodotto che ha ricevuto Ăš nuovo e autentico.

Quality Issues and No Response from Support

This review refers to my most recent purchase, specifically the quality control and customer support.

I bought a gift set and even noticed an error on the website. When I reported it, I received a response within a day. When I had something in my cart, I got a WhatsApp message within a few hours asking if I needed help with my order.

I then completed the purchase. The goods arrived within a few days, but unlike my previous experiences with excellent quality, I immediately noticed a tear and a long crease in the gift box. Not ideal when you intend to give it as a present. In addition, I received a tennis ball with a print that is completely crooked. Because of these issues, I opened everything to check the rest as well. That’s when I noticed that the plaque inside the perfume box has several ugly marks on the lettering.

At first, I only contacted support about a replacement for the outer packaging, which has remained unanswered for 12 days. A few days later, I reached out again regarding the two additional defects, and that message has now also remained unanswered for 8 days. I am no longer receiving replies on WhatsApp either. Normally, I don’t mind waiting, but this now stands in stark contrast to the previous response times, and Christmas is also not far away.

I would be happy to update this review if the issue can be resolved.

Servizio eccellente parlando della


Servizio eccellente parlando della boutique di Monte Carlo dove spesso acquistiamo un certo prodotto presente solo ed unicamente nella medesima boutique monegasca. Il punto neutro-negativo riguarda invece servizio clienti del territorio nazionale. Consiglierei di prestare piĂč attenzione alla cortesia, specialmente verso i clienti di fiducia.

Extremely Disappointed

Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional Experience with Xerjoff

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from the Xerjoff website. I placed an order on the United States page, expecting my perfume to ship domestically. However, after confirming my purchase, I received a DHL tracking number showing that the package was dispatched from Italy, meaning I now have to pay unexpected customs fees upon delivery.

When I contacted Xerjoff’s customer service for clarification, I was told that customs fees would only be around 15%, but in reality, I’ve been charged an outrageous 75% in additional fees. I have been trying to resolve this issue, but the staff I’ve spoken to have been completely unhelpful and unprofessional. The representative I dealt with was extremely rude, dismissive, and their responses were absolutely not at the level one would expect from such an expensive luxury brand.

For a company that prides itself on exclusivity and luxury, this experience has been unacceptable. I will never purchase from Xerjoff again, and I strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from their website

Yes you did print a picture and the message I’ve sent you for the birthday wishes just as any other shop would do so for a luxury brand I would not expect less than that ( and let me tell you that I find that so cheap from you stating this in a response to a review)

Also here are some proof of your professionalism answers ! I agreed with the 15% you told me for the taxes and I requested to pay them myself as it’s my friend’s birthday YOU GAVE ME

you are the supplier you should give the correct info regarding taxes to your customers unless you act like this to sell and let the customer facing those kind of issue

Me : Why you told me 15?
You : so, I don't how much is worht for you. It was 15%, it changed last week,
as said already 3x

And then you guys you finished the Whatsap conversation stating :
I don't have to inform you anything anymore
If you wish, you can also block this number.
All information from Xerjoff was already being give

Our company is in Italy, so all the packages leave from Italy; we don't have warehouses around the world.

The customs fee information was provided before the package was shipped, as you informed us that the shipment would be delivered to your friend, and you should be the one to pay it, not her. We also included a photo of you too as you requested. So, you knew about the customs fee before the package was shipped.

We agree with you that we had an issue with the percentage of the customs fee requested, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. We got the wrong information, and we forwarded it to you, incorrectly. After the courier confirmed the correct percentage, we informed you about the error, as soon as we received the confirmation from them, so the updates were forwarded correctly, on the day that we had the confirmation, as informed to you via WhatsApp.

We sincerely apologise for the customs fee issue, and we are working directly with the courier to have the extra amount requested from you refunded.

In any case, our customer service will always be available in case you need it.

Amazing visit with Enas

I visited the brand last week Sunday and was served by Enas who was very professional and an absolute delight! She was so knowledgeable and helped me decide on a new favourite perfume! I was very stressed and her kind interaction made my day. She explained each note Perfectly and was able to find out that matched my pheromones and now I’m absolutely in love with my purchase!

Terrible customer service

Alice from customer service was very invasive and captured my personal data from the Shop app used on their website although I did not register my number on their site or fulfil an order yet.

When i did make the order it came very quick (about 3 days from Italy which was amazingly fast).

However had an issue with a sample selection that came with my order all being the same.

Alice argued with me stating that they pack it random although I showed proof it was not. And continued to make comments to me about contacting me using my phone number I did not register on their site.

For a luxury perfume house the customer service was abysmal. Naxos is beautiful but not worth the headache of their staff and access to personal data.

As informed via email, if a client doesn't pick up the samples from a sample kit, this one is sent as standard, which means that the packaging team will send fragrances of their choice, randomly.

Also, access to your personal number was only possible because you informed us on the website; otherwise, we wouldn't have had access to it. From our last conversation, you informed us that you don't want to be contacted by your cellphone, so that's what we will do.

Ich habe noch nie im leben so einen Service erlebt.

Ich hatte auf der Seite gesehen, dass es bis zu 6 Tage dauern kann bis die Bestellung bearbeitet wird.
Also fragte ich kurzer Hand beim Support nach, ob es die Möglichkeit gibt fĂŒr einen expressversand und wie lange es im schnitt dauert, bis die Ware nach DE geliefert wird.

Mir wurde fix geantwortet und mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass es einen Tag dauert bis das Paket da ist.

Ich belÀchelte die Aussage und habe also eine Bestellung aufgegeben.

Das Paket war in nichtmal 24h da. Es wurde automatisch ohne extra kosten per DHL Express versendet. Der Empfang und das öffnen vom Paket ist definitiv ein Erlebnis.

Zu den DĂŒften selbst kann ich noch nichts sagen, da diese ein Geschenk sind. Ich gehe davon aus, das diese top sind. Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, dann folgt ein Update.
