Excellent treatment and customer service.

You spend 220 euro on a perfume you always use, but the spray is defect. I write to costumer service and they want to give me a voucher on 20% on new order. Is that a joke???? Never buy The bottles are all defect as I read in other comments.

Ich hab bei meiner ersten Bestellung vergessen mein kostenloses Sample Kit zusammenzustellen. Habe dann die Bestellung storniert. Dadurch ist mein 23 Euro Rabatt für meine erste Bestellung entfallen. Vom Xerjoff-Support kein Entgegenkommen. Dann hab ich eben auf meinen Rabatt verzichtet und nochmal bestellt. Gestern kam die Bestellung an. Zum meinem Entsetzen. KEINE EINZIGE PROBE hat mit meiner Auswahl übereingestimmt. Heute dann den Support wieder angeschrieben und die meinen ich habe ein Standard Sample Kit bekommen. Keine Ahnung was die meinen. Ich weiß nur ich habe 4 Proben ausgewählt und laut Webseite bekommt man bei einem Bestellwert über 100 Euro ein kostenloses Sample-Kit mit 4 Proben der EIGENEN Wahl. Also sehr widersprüchlich und kundenunfreundlich.

I had the pleasure of dealing with a lovely gentleman in this store so helpful and knowledgeable about the brand nothing was too much trouble for him I know the brand as I own a few but myself and my daughter were very happy to purchase more would highly recommend this store and of course the perfume
