Service was exceptional. Questions were answered quickly, accurately, and politely and Lily was patient with me. The doll is beautiful and exotic. The eyes, hands, and breasts are particularly well done. I would have given it 5 starts if my doll hadn't been delivered 30% heavier than the weight stated on the site. If weight is important to you, verify the doll's weight before placing your order. The manufacturer never offered to fix the problem. Also, you may prefer a TPE model, they're softer, more flexible, and cheaper.
Update, over a month later they are still grossly misclaiming how much they can reduce a doll's weight and their current price is misleading, so I've reduced them to three stars.

Doll looks nice feels nice and is overall a good time. But I didn't get any of the added bonus that was suppose to come with the order. No wig, no brush,No gloves No extra wig. All I got was a dirty blanket

Doing business was ok but pretty similar like UPS they never informed me about package status either so they should have informed that package has been sent for example so then I know who is the next responsible of the package and I would also know what to do next. Customer service is alright but sometimes they never reply but luckily at the end they did. The item quality is ok but not great. I give 3/5 at the end so it is fine but there is room for improvement.

On the plus side, the product is an original one and not a knockoff. Also, regarding the price you wont find lower than that on AIBEI original products.
On the downside, the before and after sales support is a total mess. Their policies about returns were sketchy and they changed it after i insisted that its illegal to not be able to return a customized product if it comes defective.
On the bright side while it was sad that the doll came with one wrong specification, we reached a fair compromise. But that took too many days and too much back and forth where half of the customer support agents i had to contact were not effective.
Overall, i would give them 3.5/5 stars because the product was totally value for money.

This is a great starter doll. I had a curvier WM doll that is a bit taller, but she's a pain in the ass to move around and reposition. This doll is a great alternative that I can easily swing around and pose. Her only flaws are the neck and shoulder. The neck needs to be an inch shorter, and narrower shoulders would be nice. Honestly, she'd be five stars were it not for the neck. But overall, it's a fantastic deal for what you pay for, almost too good to be true. I still can't believe I didn't get scammed lol. Also, the free second head is a great option. You're not limited to what they show on the store page. I found an Aibei head from another seller, and they sent it.

I just got my Nezuko in, and OMG i am so satisfied with my order, it looks EXACTLY like the photos like the site says. The only negative thing i can come up with is,when you connect the head her head is a little loose but not too bad at all. And it doesnt come with a heating rod that was supposed to be with it, but thats minor. I am 100% satisfied with my order. And while the number to the company doesnt work, dont let that scare you away, or the people on the internet saying that this site is a scam, i took a risk, and im very glad i did. Customer support was a little slow at first. But then Jack got back with me and reassured me everything was fine with shipping and any random questions i had. Thank you zlovedoll for selling my favorite anime character!

There is a writing on reddit where zlovedoll is a scam. I believe I got my genuine MRL as what it seems and even if it's a copy it's he'll of a good one.
