I share my sad first experience to warn other buyers from EU:

April 17th: ordered high value silicone doll, paid with Paypal (April 19th)
May: exchanged several emails with customer service, wondering what takes so long
June 1st: Seller created tracking number, but sent to wrong email adress
June: package not trackable (carrier JYC), no more contact
June 26th: Paypal case opened, seller suddenly announces new carrier (GCH) -> tracking now possible but leads to "warehouse"
July 3rd: tracking number leads to Chinese border (Altynkol)
July: Seller requests me several times to close the Paypal case, claims it`s all "misunderstandings" (why would a reputable seller be so anxious about an open Paypal case, I ask you!)
July 22th: tracking number still leads to Chinese border after 19 more days

False promises, no excuse for endless delay and the lost package. Seller offers no compensation. He also never provided requested solid proof that the tracking number is not fake.
If Paypal won`t give me refund on July 26th, all my money is lost! :-(

Interesting details: The old site zlovedoll offered "regular shipping 30 - 35 days" and had a "Terms of service". The new site Uniteddolls has no impressum, no Terms of service, several links lead to nowhere. Uniteddolls offers "regular shipping 8 - 9 days" for the same doll at the same price - financially impossible!

By now, I cannot know it`s a fakeshop, but there are several red flags. Btw, under German law, the commercial seller would bear the risk of transport.

I've purchased various dolls over the years but this was my first time purchasing from them. Technically I purchased 3 dolls when they were still under the banner of maillovedoll before they consolidated. Anytime that happens service is usually interrupted and while the website still requires minor tweaks, such as more photos, a working search bar and better functioning pages when viewing specific dolls. I was not at all disappointed by the customer support they offered. All of my questions and requests were met patiently and within 24hrs of reaching out. Besides the weekends and holidays the service went by very smoothly from purchase to delivery even during the transfer between companies. Although my account did not transfer alongside any points I received from the previous site I expected it as that kind of data would be almost impossible to transfer successfully between 5+ different companies. Take my review with a grain of salt as I have not used the new sites' services besides the customer support. I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future because I was impressed by the price and quality of the dolls received. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality trustworthy professional storefront for sexdolls. That is important to keep in mind as well, they are a online storefront who communicate directly with manufactures and storehouses.

First of all, I want to say that the old Zlovedoll site worked much better than this new site. It was smoother and there was a better selection, there were many more pictures of products and from different positions. The search features don't work at all in this new one.
The doll I ordered was defective, but we reached an agreement with an excellent customer service representative.

Total scam do not buy or trust!!! Yes I'm writing from experience.

Review based on my impression over a month after the launch of the site and the replacement of the old shops. With a heavy heart I must inform doll enthusiasts everyhwere that the beloved sites maillovedoll and zlovedoll are no more. They have instead been joined into one project by the above name. Shortly after the replacement the prices increased, the filters and site controls have considerablly worsened, the performance is on par with other sites if not a tiny bit better, the selection somehow is more confusing and not nearly as specific, especially if you are looking for torsos. My previous user accounts disappeared which means I misunderstood the transitional period. I could however register a brand new account under my main email address with the same password used for Zlovedoll. Anyway. I am very much unimpressed with how things started out, most of the unbeatable deals disappeared as I mentioned but I also witnessed prices going from double to triple the previous listings. Nonetheless two or three models of dolls I would rather introduce into my collection have become available thanks to the inclusion of Zlovedolls selection and as long as I can organize a deal trough an expert consultant on the site I will be pleased. The communication improved somewhat but you still need to wait a day or two until you can begin coming to a resolution. Wish you guys the best and looking forward to my first purchase once prices return to a reasonable level.
