This doll was not as advertised

This doll was not as advertised. It was not anatomically correct as stated in the website description. The vaginal orifice was too small and the anal orifice was less than 1/2 inch from the vaginal opening.

Also, I have never known someone's mouth to go up behind their nose. That was strange.

I have destroyed this doll

If you are considering purchasing one of these dolls, I'd give it another thought. I don't recommend spending such a large amount of money on any of these products

First time buyer and understandably nervous. Max was patient and very helpful throughout the entire process, providing answers to my myriad of questions. There were some delays in logistics but he made sure the package arrived in a timely manner, all things considered.
The doll itself is a marvel of engineering providing, at the very least, a wonderful substitute for human companionship until that can happen again.
You will not be disappointed in the product or the service when ordering from this company.

Beware it's a toy SURPRISE in a box

⁸Before deciding to buy from BESTREALDOLL I addressed some concerns asking to reinforce the ends of the shipping box nowing how there handled during shipping I was told there's nobody there or supplies to acomidate that request. There best resolve was to purchase shipping insurance. On the 3rd delivery date the item arrived with a big punture hole, neck end of the box with up arrows pointed sideways.Opening the box 1st thing i noticed was the doll was totaly disstorted her back was bent up in the shape of an n .Dirt was embedded on her neck, stomach . The doll I ordered I've owned before so I'm firmilur with every aspect about her .The doll I recieved is 100% NOT THE DOLL I ORDERED!! Of course they tried to assure me that it was the same as the doll in the add. I'd like to share photos to show everyon,That what i recieved was a generic doll that won't hold a pose, the skeletal integrity is rather flimsy. Bottom line there words sent to me WE TRULY VALUE YOUR SUPPORT AND HOPE TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER IN A WAY THAT MEETS YOUR EXPECTATIONS. Then offer me 5% of the selling price . They even ask me for my bank info to send $100. as a reimbursement. I didn't use my bank to purchase this. Proper edicate is to reimburse the payment method .Another tactic used..Here's some good advice if your seeking a potential return client. Try sending the correct merchandise. Avoiding any anxiety and disputs. Good words are integrity, high expectations, positive, satisfaction, accountability, Reputable.. words used for a good business . I'd rather be praising my purchase from a legitamate buisness deal its easier to write than regrets . AS FOR YOUR ADD BELOW. So you knew the insurance company was the one that wanted my bank info . Now all of the sudden the insurance company is returning $ back to the payment used. Which was not my bank. All this could've been avoided ..If only you would've sent the correct doll displayed in the add and my sale reciet. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM !!! You mention ( HOPE we can fix this issue to your satisfaction)?? Ya right You send me something beside what I ordered. So your solution to receiving a refund is to submit a video of the doll being destroyed. WHY ?? Other Option, return it , shipping $$$$ and then you'll send me a video of it being destroyed. WHY?? I dont need a video . There statement is not about my satisfaction, it's about making ridiculous request so you go away . My solution is to REIMBURSE MY PAYMENT METHOD THE BALANCE OF THE PURCHASE PRICE . UNTIL THEN THIS POSTING STAYS .

一,Packaging and Shipping: You contacted us on March 18th, before placing your order, worried about possible damage during shipping and asked us to strengthen the box. We explained that the doll’s head and body are packed separately, with layers of bubble wrap and blankets for protection. Our US warehouse does not have extra materials for stronger packaging. To help avoid shipping problems, we suggested buying insurance, as shipping is sometimes out of our control.
二,Shipping Damage and Refund: About the damage in your photos, we quickly contacted the insurance company and told you that you could use the photos to ask for partial compensation. You agreed to a $270 refund, which we have now sent directly to your payment account.
三,Doll Quality: The doll you ordered is made of TPE and does not have a Yoga skeleton, so its internal frame is not very flexible. For future orders, we recommend adding a Yoga skeleton for more flexibility. We also offered an extra 5% refund, but we haven’t received your confirmation yet. Please let us know what you need so we can help.
四,Bank Information: The insurance company asked for your bank information to give the refund. We never asked for your personal banking details. We can also send the refund directly to your original payment method.
五,About BestRealDoll: BestRealDoll has been serving customers for almost 9 years. Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and we never try to mislead anyone. We aim to provide honest and reliable service.

"six pack"

the first doll i bought a few years ago was way to heavy for me to enjoy. (Purchased dolls from other vendor for half the cost. All broke within a few days to a month.) Recently purchased the least expensive model, nice butt and much better quality; limbs stay where u put them but not overly stiff. Followed up by accepting an awesome deal for doll with art'. fingers. The head was unusually small for the body(yamiee), so i replaced it with a head from one of my broken dolls. Now i have a "six pack" of dolls, with Yamiee and Akia from this vendor. These two are way higher quality, and arrived in 5 days. Overall very pleased with these two dolls.

Nachdem wir diesen Beitrag gesehen haben, haben wir umgehend eine interne Überprüfung eingeleitet und mit unserem Mitarbeiter im Kundenservice Max gesprochen, der diese Bestellung betreut hat. Zudem haben wir die vollständigen Kommunikationsprotokolle zwischen dem Kunden, BestRealDoll und dem Hersteller Dolls Castle sorgfältig geprüft.

Zeitlicher Ablauf

Nach unseren Systemdaten und Kommunikationsaufzeichnungen ergibt sich folgender Ablauf:

6. März
Der Kunde hat das Paket erhalten und den Empfang bestätigt.

8. März (GMT+8, 04:02 Uhr, Sonntag)
Der Kunde kontaktierte sowohl BestRealDoll als auch Dolls Castle per E-Mail und meldete ein Problem mit der Puppe.

9. März (GMT+8, Montag)
Unser Team kontaktierte im Namen des Kunden Dolls Castle und leitete die Fotos sowie die Problembeschreibung des Kunden weiter.

1. Erste Rückmeldung von Dolls Castle

Nach Prüfung der ersten Fotos (Bild 2) erklärte sich Dolls Castle zunächst bereit, eine Ersatzpuppe zu schicken.
Gemäß der Standardrichtlinie von Dolls Castle muss jedoch zuerst die ursprüngliche Puppe zurückgesendet werden, bevor ein Ersatz versendet wird.
Der Kunde bat uns daraufhin um ein Rücksendeetikett. Nach Rücksprache mit Dolls Castle wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der Hersteller keine Rücksendeetiketten bereitstellt. Laut deren Ablauf muss der Kunde den Rückversand zunächst selbst organisieren. Nachdem die Puppe beim Hersteller eingegangen ist, wird eine Ersatzpuppe versendet.

Um den Kunden zu unterstützen, bot BestRealDoll an, die vollständigen Kosten für den Rückversand zu übernehmen.

Änderung der Situation

Der Kunde lehnte diese Lösung ab, da er befürchtete, dass der Hersteller Dolls Castle möglicherweise keine Ersatzpuppe senden würde, nachdem die ursprüngliche Puppe zurückgeschickt wurde.

Etwa zwei Tage später sendete der Kunde ein weiteres Foto (Bild 6) und teilte mit, dass er versucht habe, die Puppe selbst zu reparieren.

Im Vergleich zum ersten Foto zeigt Bild 6 erhebliche Beschädigungen im vaginalen Bereich. Nach Prüfung dieses neuen Fotos kam Dolls Castle zu dem Schluss, dass die Schäden wahrscheinlich durch übermäßige Nutzung oder unsachgemäße externe Handhabung entstanden sind, was laut deren Richtlinien nicht unter die Ersatzgarantie fällt.
Aus diesem Grund lehnte Dolls Castle schließlich eine Ersatzlieferung ab.

2. Lösungsvorschlag von BestRealDoll

BestRealDoll ist ein Händler und autorisierter Vertriebspartner. In diesem Fall wurde das Produkt direkt vom Hersteller Dolls Castle versendet, und wir haben die Bestellung bereits vollständig beim Hersteller bezahlt.
Trotzdem legen wir großen Wert auf unsere Kunden und bemühen uns immer, Probleme fair und verantwortungsvoll zu lösen.
Aus diesem Grund haben wir intern eine Kulanzlösung genehmigt und dem Kunden folgendes angeboten:

25 % Rückerstattung + Der Kunde darf die Puppe behalte + Ein Set mit Reparaturwerkzeugen für Puppen

Dieses Angebot soll einen Teil des entstandenen Schadens ausgleichen. Da wir die Puppe beim Hersteller bereits vollständig bezahlt haben, tragen wir den finanziellen Verlust in diesem Fall selbst.

Weitere Informationen

Vor der Bestellung hatte der Kunde bereits einen zusätzlichen Rabatt erhalten, der über unsere regulären Website-Aktionen hinausging. Dadurch war die Gewinnmarge dieser Bestellung ohnehin bereits sehr gering.
Trotzdem und auch angesichts der inzwischen erheblichen Beschädigungen der Puppe sind wir weiterhin bereit, einen Teil des Verlustes zu übernehmen, um eine Lösung zu finden.

Unser aktuelles Angebot

Unser Angebot bleibt weiterhin bestehen:

25 % Rückerstattung + der Kunde darf die Puppe behalten + ein Set Reparaturwerkzeuge

Sollte der Kunde bereit sein, diese Lösung zu akzeptieren, werden wir dies selbstverständlich umgehend umsetzen.

I ordered a torso to see how the experience was gonna be cause theres a beginner doll and a high end doll that im planning on getting but im having a vary bad experience with this company. This is my review. I ordered this item and waited a week and never received it, so i emailed them and a day later they said it was out of stock, so they sent me a link and said choose from link so when i did they said i had to pay more and i just want similar so i said no, now its been another week later of emailing them everyday trying to get something and i can not get help, warning if you want to order from here, also now i have not gotten my item or a replacement and they are not responding to my emails, scary business

Update on March 17,2026 (GTM+8)
One day after you placed your order, we discovered that the torso you had selected was unfortunately out of stock. We immediately contacted you to inform you of this situation. Your original torso was priced at $99, and we offered you the option to choose a replacement from our current inventory—even if it cost up to $50 more than your original selection—with us covering the price difference.

You first chose a torso priced at $659, which included a doll head, resulting in a price difference of $560. Obviously, selecting this specific torso would require covering the difference.

Later, you requested that we ship one of the in-stock torsos. We sincerely apologize that this coincided with the Chinese New Year holiday, during which my workload was particularly heavy, and I was unable to respond as promptly as usual. I did eventually respond, assuring you that I would provide a list of available torsos as soon as possible. Unfortunately, before we could send the list, you left a negative review.

In the end, you chose a replacement torso that was $50 more than your original selection, and we are glad to hear that you were satisfied with it upon receipt. We truly value your feedback and hope this explanation clarifies the situation. Your satisfaction remains our top priority, and we hope to serve you better in the future.

When I received my first doll

When I received my first doll, I noticed that the right breast had been damaged during the long delivery route. After contacting BestRealDoll, Max informed me that the breast should return to its normal shape. After a few weeks, the damaged breast did not return to normal, so I reached out again. Max was very professional and assured me that he would send a replacement doll at no charge. Fast shipping

Fast shipping, and the doll was better than I expected. I didn’t order any modifications this time. I’ve enjoyed dressing her up and having her with me while sleeping. The shipping box was discreet—a plain cardboard box with no markings. The doll itself is fairly heavy, but I’m sure I’ll get used to that over time. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again and plan to explore more customization options next time.

The first thing is WOW, my doll was delivered a couple weeks ago exceptionally beautiful every day I find her more amazing. I actually look forward to coming home in the evening.
