The doll arrived today (Germany), 40 days after the order (faster than I expected, from China with UPS). I gladly helped the driver to unload and carry it in the house, and gave him a good tip for handling such a big and heavy package. The (male) doll exceeds my expectations, minimally exactly as described and ordered (with EVO Skeleton, movable fingers). It came with more accessories than ordered (additonal wig, additional privates). Communications with the vendor was also excellent (I had a few questions), a response answering my questions came within hours.

I’m extremely happy with my purchase. Zlovedoll did a phenomenal, wonderful job. They answered every single email and maintained constant communication. The only issue we had was with customs after shipment. The issue obviously had nothing to do with Zlovedoll. Nonetheless my purchase made it to it’s destination and I’m very happy.

Ordered on 9 Feb and arrived 30 April longer than expected due to Chinese New Year holiday and sea transportation. The seller could advise customers of transportation details in advance to alleviate any anxiety. I had to request this information, but could then track the vessel's progress. The delivery courier (UPS) only advised on the day of delivery so as a night shift worker I was asleep when the package arrived at 14:30 and only discovered it had been left on doorstep when I went to work at 21:15. Despite these issues I have given 5 stars for service because this was my first order and I now know what to expect and what to ask for in future.

I paid extra for expedited shipping in 5 to 7 days but it has been 7 days and I have not even received notice that my order has been processed. I have been unable to send emails to the company and they do not answer the phone. I am very anxious that I have been ripped off. The company has not contacted me yet.

Uh hi. Review time. The doll came out great. WAY heavier than what it says on the website. I ordered one for displaying cosplay items. And it was supposed to be 70 ish pounds. It was 107 😐. Seeing that heavy and having extremely stiff joints, means you have to put your body weight into positioning it. Lots of work. Glad it's just a mannequin. So I got the Leanna doll. 176 cm or something. Red hair. Big ish boobs. But I'm not using the head that came default. I ordered a seperate Harley Quinn head for it for a movie accurate suicide squad replica outfit.

Being that it's life sized. Makes displaying stuff super easy and realistic looking. Plus because of its steel frame and weight. It can hold huge items like an actual heavy baseball bat (which I have it doing right now)
