The website says the dolls are sold free of tax and shipping.
But they initially charged me an additional $300 for shipping. Since they advertise free shipping I was able to negotiate half the shipping charges and a reduced declared value for customs purposes.
When the customs wanted an invoice, Zlovedoll did not provide with an invoice reflecting the declared value. I had to surrender the invoice for the full amount. I ended up having to pay (sales) tax on both the product AND shipping. So much for free shipping and no tax.

I’m happy with the doll I received. It’s well built and not that heavy. The head looks just as advertised however the bottom lip is missing lipstick slightly. Also the body is great! However compared to the pictures it looks a little different. It’s hard to say if it’s the same body but I’m quite happy with the product. The overall cost was around $900 and it’s one of the best dolls I ever bought.
