I didn't like the makeup so they offered to fix it up to my liking. They'll also address any concerns you have until you're satisfied. They replied back very fast. Great customer service. I purchased a torso doll from Manufacturing company named Dime doll via Zlovedoll. The feeling inside of genital is excellent although the boob part is somewhat lacking.

Amazing amazing service. I bought AIBEI Diana doll from them around six months ago. It is so realistic. I was shocked to see and touch it. I bought it somewhere in January 2025 and am writing this review at end of June 2025. The main thing is to care for your doll. I cared for it and it is still in love great condition. It feels very realistic. Super realistic size, super realistic details. Also there price is very good as compared to other websites I checked. Really love their service. They also responded to my mails very quickly and they are very cooperative and helpful. The production time is very fast and they sent me proper high quality photos and videos of my doll after production, she looked so nice and same as it is as it was listed on their website. Their website is easy to search for any doll. They offer you regular discounts. I got free blanked, vaginal cleaning stuff, heating rod, gloves, I got 2 wigs. I got to choose the body design also of my doll like areola size, skin color, electric function and so on. The package arrived also in time and nothing was labeled outside on the box and that's what I liked the most.

Ok, this is a mixed review. Overall I’m not really happy at all with how this turned out. So I’ll start with the good.

These are high quality made dolls, the exo skeletal frame is very opposable and you can position them in any way you want. The texture is very nice and realistic with veins just below the skin. I was really surprised at the quality. Great work! (Also, they are really heavy.. 37kgs is a lot to wrestle around but no complaints)

The packaging was very professional, and although the box suffered a few punctures nothing inside was damaged. Very pleased.

Now to some of my issues:
I ordered this in October and it finally came the second week of January. That seems like an extremely long time, the website claims 35-45 days.

The internal heating does not work, plugged it in and it does nothing, I left it for quite a while and the temperature did not change, likely damaged during shipping? .

There’s no instructions for anything, the heater, assembly, the pronunciation function, care, ect.. just a piece of paper that shows the body movements.

Anatomically the vagina and Anus are in the right spot visually, but internally they are waaay off and the wrong angle. Doggy style isnt possible internally you would have to go in pointing up at the sky while still trying to stand. Missionary is almost the same.

And lastly, the most frustrating part, that makes this doll completely useless for me and the 3 months of anticipation ended in utter disappointment. My penis doesn’t fit…
There’s no way it fits in the mouth without risking tearing the face, in the other 2 holes I’ve really got to stretch the material and it’s not comfortable at all it’s super tight. And I’ll be honest, I’m not that big of a dude..

So with the weird angles and the tight fit, I can’t say I’d recommend it.

And because it’s now used, I can’t sell it, or return it and I’m out a good chunk of money.

It's been over three (3) months since I placed an order and all I get are excuses for why my order is delayed. At this point I would like a refund but of course that is not going to happen. This is not my first time placing this sort of order from other companies. This is the worst treatment that I have received from any company of this kind. Whether or I ever receive my order needless to say I will never do business with them again. I finally received the doll after almost 14 weeks. Unfortunately the doll was damaged in transit and all the electronic chargers and heating are missing. There are no instructions whatsoever. Now this company wants me to give the doll to ups so they can investigate. This is the worst company to do business with. Lesson learned. When this company says "affordable " it means that you're going to get screwed. Buyer beware. It's been 4 months since my last review, and recently this company reached out to me offering a real cheap, no options replacement doll at no charge. Real cheap as in a quarter of what I paid for the original one. They want me to remove this review. I paid good money for the order and that doll is trash.

On ZLOVEDOLL I bought 2 dolls from the brand 6YE Doll.
1) The doll called Soraya is beautiful, even more beautiful than the photos on the website, which is very rare because the photos online are digitally processed to make the dolls look like real girls. Before buying a doll I recommend asking for real factory photos, in fact the real doll can be very different from the presentation photos on the site.
2) The other doll, my favorite called Oaklyn, unfortunately has a defect, the head pin is too short, so the head goes down too low and the neck almost disappears completely, I reported the problem and I will be sent a longer pin. The height of the doll is 165 cm but at the moment it is about 158 ​ cm.
Also when you buy a doll you have to consider the weight, 60 kg for this doll is definitely too much. I don't understand why brands don't use aluminum for the skeleton of the dolls, it weighs less than half of steel! The weight above 40 kg is really limiting, moving and positioning the doll is not easy.

The accessories are all present, wigs, heads, blanket, cleaning kit, etc.

As for the dark tight lingerie, you have to be very careful, because it can irreparably stain the TPE.

Shipping from China by sea, arrival in Germany and from Germany to Italy, orders placed on August 13 and 25, I received the 2 packages together on November 29 ... to save on shipping that's fine.

I have purchased through zLoveDoll twice now. The first delivery took around 2-3 months but that was because the manufacturer needed to wait for supplies to arrive in order to produce the machine-part of the doll; this was a version with moving hips from the Dimu-Doll Brand; this one is their Elf-Doll named Barbara on the web-site & as of the current time of writing this review she currently is 50% off; what a huge discount... damn, next time I ever think about making such major-purchases like this, I should definitely wait until Black-Friday or Cyber-Monday for such a huge discount;

Anyway, with her, I opted for automatic-moving hips along with... ahem, removable-part, the part that goes up between the legs (because I figured cleaning would be much easier based on past-experiences with some TPE-Dolls and the core-doll herself be less-likely to get damaged). How-ever, the removable-version, rather than in-built, does tend to be rather «loose» and doesn't really provide the «grip» that an in-built version can; additionally, the machine-part is very heavy, so if you plan to get a doll, even though moving hips may be a nice gimmick, the machine can still be fragile and end up being broken by you if you are the type who needs very fast and rough action (not to mention the fact that it makes her VERY HEAVY), I would recommend opting not to include the moving hips option unless you can still get full-satisfaction even at a rate of one repetition every couple of seconds.

For my most-recent and latest-purchase which arrived on the 27th of November 2024CE, original-order submitted on the 29th September 2024CE (so about a couple of months for the manufacturing then delivery to be completed), I ordered yet another Elf; well, she was supposed to be an Elf but the Elven-Ears on the display were props; the description does seem to say that the elf-ears are just decorative and not part of the doll but fortunately I still had some Elven Cos-Play Ears from some years ago to be able to put onto her anyway when I want;

Anyway, this time, the model comes from the Brand called Dime-Doll, listed as Full-Silicone Animé-Elf [you-know-what] Doll Cynthia. I opted for a Silicone, rather than a TPE-Doll, because of the higher-level durability & the ability for manufacturers to produce much more «realistic» features than can be done with just TPE (more expensive but I am also of the opinion that a Silicone-Doll will last for at least 5x or maybe even 20x as long or possibly even longer than a TPE-Doll amongst other reason). The «Extra Head» option turned out to really be an additional-head (when I was in e-mail exchange with customer-support, Harriet to be specific, I was getting a bit of an impression that «Extra» may have been some sort of a typo when the manufacturer-picture showed the 2nd head but not the original/default-head, then they sent another picture with the default-head; not sure if it is because they manufactured them both as a result of my order & decided to send both of them since they were both already manufactured anyway, but, I had already submitted various feedback-matters to them in regards to how and what kind of information to provide & display & explain in better-detail & more accurate-wording so that customers will be able to expect to get exactly what they are reading rather than using mis-leading terms like «height» when it should be «proportions» just to give an example; hopefully who-ever updates/codes the web-site has updated it by now or at least will soon in the future).

Anyway, I have already given my opinion(s) on why I believe that Silicone-Material Dolls are a much better and superiour-investment over TPE-Dolls, but, if weight is an issue for buyers, then, TPE (and smaller/shorter) is also perfectly fine; in any case, I am actually quite happy and satisfied with my latest-purchase, the first ever Silicone-Doll and fourth-ever of these types of dolls altogether (too bad I don't have as much room as I'd like for this «harem» at my current place though).

Also, when you get «tracking» numbers, keep in mind that, most-likely, your doll will be manufactured at and shipped from China (or maybe all of my own, personal-preferences, all just seem to be produced out of China ?) & your package probably won't actually arrive at the facility that is mentioned in the Tracking Information until about a month later but even then your Tracking Information still won't be updated even upon arrival due to needing to pass through some sort of Customs-Inspections process & that will also take about a week itself to complete; once that is all done, how-ever, your package will finally be updated and, most-likely through Fed-Ex, should show that it is at or has even left the facility and is on its way to your delivery address.

Harriet is a Rockstar! She was SO helpful and trustworthy to reply to all of my questions and concerns. She helped my noob self understand the whole process. There were some processing delays, but overall my order took around 3 and a half weeks for a custom doll and a second head from Dime Doll, which considering the quality, is pretty amazing that I got it so fast. I spent around $1,600.00 for my doll because I wanted some of the paid upgrades.

I would recommend for the new buyer, that you need to be patient. But if you are not patient, definitely try to buy an "in stock" doll that is all ready to go and only needs to be shipped. Custom dolls take time, but are definitely worth the wait. Also, make sure you look on the website for the "factory" pictures of the dolls. The doll you see in the store is all "dolled" up with makeup and lighting and hair styling and possibly airbrushing. The doll you receive will be closer to the factory pics most likely. Mind you, I am NOT disappointed, but the doll I received is definitely less made up than the website pics. This may be more important for buyers who plan to take pictures of their dolls in poses.

My doll is definitely not for taking pictures (if you know what I am saying) and I am very pleased! Sex with the doll feels much closer to sex with a living, breathing woman than I imagined, you just have to understand that you are gonna get a workout getting your doll in positions for sex, because they are heavier than they look, and obviously, you are doing all the work!

An electric blanket is great to have to warm your doll up to get a more realistic sensation. I got a silicone doll, and though I haven't tried a TPE one, I feel like the quality was worth the extra money.

Zlovedoll promptly responded to my emails for factory photos and videos. They also delivered the products according to what were shown in the photos and videos. I will purchase again.

While the factory photos looked just like I expected, due to a miscommunication with the factory about special features/functions, I did not ultimately end up buying the doll from my original order. However, the customer support was *excellent* and they were very actively engaged in answering my questions and finding an alternative doll for me. In the end, I was given a prompt and full refund.

Even though this experience had some hiccups, due to the promising photos and great customer support, I will very likely order from them again sometime soon!
