Frustrating
Although I had reassurance from the person I spoke to, in her reply email, she said my certificate to confirm boiler service was attached and it wasn’t.
You cant log onto the site using magic link. It just says invalid. Very frustrating.

They left me in the limbo, unable to service my boiler as brand, age and any other excuse ..
