Your Conveyancer Omdömen

Hassle free experience, did all the heavy work and just informed me via email and their portal what documents they needed. Sofia was especially helpful and always responded quickly to any queries I had. Easy peasy!

Very efficient service with good communication made the house buying process largely stress free. Well managed by case manager Vicky.

Annamay was fantastic and we would not have completed the re-mortgage on time without her professionalism and diligence.

We had a very good experience on our remortgage with Sofia from “Your Conveyancer.”
The whole remortgage process was straightforward. We received updates from her as it progressed, which made it easy to see the stage we were at. The online portal was also very user friendly. If there were any outstanding documents, it clearly identified what was required and who needed to provide it, so we always knew where things stood.
We liked the ID verification process too, it was completed securely through an app. This was much more convenient than our previous mortgage experience, where we had to physically take our documents to a local law firm to have our IDs verified.
Sofia was professional and helpful and communication was clear. We really appreciate their services and would happily recommend Sofia and Your Conveyancer to anyone.
Thanks

We had a fantastic experience using this conveyancing solicitors for our recent remortgage. The whole process was incredibly easy, efficient and well managed from start to finish.

The online portal made uploading documents really straightforward, and everything was clearly explained throughout. We were kept well informed at every stage and felt that the team were always on top of things.

The service was professional, friendly and extremely efficient, with our remortgage completed in just four weeks. This was by far the easiest conveyancing experience we’ve had, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

A genuinely excellent service — thank you to the whole team!

I honestly couldn’t recommend Jennifer Spink highly enough. She has been absolutely amazing from start to finish and is, without a doubt, the best conveyancer I’ve ever used.

Your Conveyancer was recommended to us by our mortgage broker. Danielle was fantastic support us every step on the way answered our question no matter how big or small would highly recommend to anyone.

Sarah has been brilliant. She has dealt with my mortgage swiftly and ensured that there were no hold ups. Great communication at all times.

Vicky was an absolute dream to deal with! Buying a house is inherently stressful but Vicky really made the time for us and answered any questions we had no matter how silly they seemed. I cannot fault the service we received at all!

Claire has been exceptional to work with across all three of our property transactions. She is friendly, highly responsive, and incredibly fast without missing a single detail. Getting three properties completed smoothly is no small feat, but Claire made the entire process seamless. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

I can not recommend Brian enough. He was fabulous, managed everything very smoothly and quickly. He was super fast on my purchase. I expected it to take a lot longer.

Great experience with this team, Claire was thorough and provided regular updates.

I couldn't have asked for a better conveyancer than Phoebe during my home purchase. As a first-time buyer, navigating the process felt daunting at times, but Phoebe was exceptional from start to finish.

She was incredibly thorough, proactive, and always on the ball. What stood out most was how she genuinely had my back throughout the entire journey—keeping cool, clear, and firmly in my corner even when there was pressure coming from the estate agents to rush things along. She kept everything moving seamlessly and ensured I was protected and informed at every single step.

If you want a conveyancer who is sharp, supportive, and truly works in your best interest, I cannot recommend Phoebe highly enough!

Rebecca was fantastic all throughout the process, very quick to answer all my questions. Despite what felt like quite a lengthy process, she was able to get through everything quickly and was very professional throughout. Thank you Rebecca!
