Been with YBC now for a couple of years…
Been with YBC now for a couple of years and they’ve been nothing but brilliant.
Had to have them out a few times for repairs and replacements. Repairs have been done super quick and the replacements have been even quicker! A fantastic company with great customer service as well! Thanks to both Rachel and Dylan for their service

Extra charges when claiming
Intergrated appliances that get rrplaced through the cover will incur a fitting fee of £120plus.
Despite being with them for most of my appliances I still get lots of marketing calls from them to add more appliances which is annoying

The fitting fee only applies when an integrated appliance requires professional installation, which is always optional — you’re welcome to arrange fitting yourself if preferred.
As set out in our Terms & Conditions, integrated appliances aren’t covered like-for-like; we usually replace them with a freestanding model to help customers avoid additional installation costs.
That said, we always do our best to work with our customers and find solutions that suit them, as we did with you on this occasion.
We’re genuinely sorry if this experience didn’t fully reflect the care and effort we aim to provide.

I don’t often leave reviews, but Your Brand Cover—and especially Louis—deserve every bit of praise. He reached out to me about my existing policy, not with a hard sell, but with a thoughtful reminder about their upgrade system. It was clear they genuinely cared about making sure I was getting the most out of my cover.
What really stood out, though, was the conversation itself. Louis didn’t just tick boxes—he made it feel like a relaxed chat between mates. We ended up talking about games and consoles, and it felt more like catching up with a good friend than dealing with a company rep. That kind of rapport is rare and incredibly refreshing.
The cover itself is excellent—affordable, with unlimited call-outs and free upgrades every five years—but it’s the people that make the difference. Louis is a credit to the team: knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely invested in helping customers feel confident and cared for.
If you’re looking for appliance cover with a human touch, I can’t recommend Your Brand Cover enough. And if you get to speak with Louis, you’re in for a treat.
