I don’t often leave reviews, but Your Brand Cover—and especially Louis—deserve every bit of praise. He reached out to me about my existing policy, not with a hard sell, but with a thoughtful reminder about their upgrade system. It was clear they genuinely cared about making sure I was getting the most out of my cover.
What really stood out, though, was the conversation itself. Louis didn’t just tick boxes—he made it feel like a relaxed chat between mates. We ended up talking about games and consoles, and it felt more like catching up with a good friend than dealing with a company rep. That kind of rapport is rare and incredibly refreshing.

5 star for these guys!!
Ive had policies in place with a previous company and thought id try this one instead last year was a bit skeptical at first as you always get scam calls here and there and i must admit i was wrong they have not diss appointed! I called earlier today to put a claim in for one of my TVs that my little one smashed by accident and literally within half an hour i had 3 options to chose from and a new one ordered to be delivered on sunday! The customer service is second to none everytime ive been on the phone the guys on the other end are always so helpful and so polite. Would highly recommend to anyone needing cover for any appliances.

I have had a washer dryer that has been having problems for months and the engineers didn't want to replace it but kept replacing parts, it ended up costing more than it was worth but Dylan helped me out a lot, he spoke to the engineers and whirlpool and within a week we got an offer to get it replaced, it's been an absolute pleasure talking and working with Dylan. Highly recommend as the customer service Your Brand Cover provides is excellent.

How You handle things makes the difference
Your brand cover have delt with what felt like an impossible situation, with kindness, professionalism and not once made me feel like "just another customer". Clear and helpful communication throughout the process, and despite coming up against some battles with this claim (NOT your brand covers fault at all) im still here with 5 stars because YBC did everything for me. And made sure I was never left without things we needed. Im SO pleased I moved over from my previous supplier for the purpose of this called "Bomestic and General" who'd id been with for Years and messed me around alot.
