I am very upset with this company
Afternoon I had been with this company called Your Brand Cover for a about a year, I had some financial problems and they allowed me three months none payments. And after resuming payments, I was then told that I now o three months payments. And I can't claim anything until I make the payments, I tried to find a solution by speaking to them about it. But all they had said, that I need to make these payments. And if I did cancelled I will be charged £100. I am very upset by this. Please be careful! if anyone dose take out a cover from your brand cover please make sure that you read the small print before you sign up with them. I have explained my situation with then and they use my kindness for weekness. Trap customers and not understanding the customers needs, lol business as usual. I regretted the day I had came over to this company it a nightmare gone wrong, even tho I wanted leave but they want to now charge me £100 to leave. I am very disgusted. I am feel like a idiot and I have certainly learnt my lesson, by going through this experience. What a first class joke!

I just had a call from Alfie and he told me about the cover and I explained I received disability benefits and that was a lot of money for me to pay out. He told me I didn’t have to pay anything today but he told me I could pay December or January, the only thing I wasn’t completely sure about was giving out my bank details but I can read it all in the email I will get tomorrow morning. Very polite, easy to chat with and friendly. Let’s see how it goes 🤔

Absolutely outstanding service from…
Absolutely outstanding service from these guys! Ive dealt with a couple insurance companies in the past and its been such a palava getting replacements and dealing with claims but Your brand cover is honestly so fast and simple! I made a claim and had a replacement TV sent out 3 days later, that then failed to work after 3 days and they have even been amazing with that, had to go through the manufacturer but as soon as they got the report to say the whole tv needs replaced they done it straight away! Guys in the team are amazing and so helpful when youre on the phone. Highly recommend far better than your other most talked about insurance companies by far.

Washer replacement
Have a few appliances with them and my washer has brike w few times now they kindly attempted to fix it on many occasions and with no joy they replaced it.
