La taille indiquée sur le site ne correspondait pas au produit reçu. La mention échange gratuit sans frais était mensongère : j’ai demandé un retour pour problème de taille, on m’ indique que je devais payer les frais de port. Je suis retournée sur le site, mais le produit n’est plus vendu.
Très déçu, je ne recommande pas du tout.

Commande passée le vendredi matin recu le samedi matin avec chronopost.
Prix canon avec plus de 60% de réduction.

Ho ordinato un "Shimano Ultegra ST-6700 Left lever support", consiste in una guida in plastica per il comando del cambio. Spedita in una semplice busta di quelle a bolle ed ovviamente è arrivata rotta. Per fare il reso pretendono che lo rispedisca indietro a mie spese, quando il ricambio costa 0,50 centesimi e la spedizione 10. Ho provato anche a comunicare attraverso il loro sistema, ma nessuna risposta.

Une fois la commande payée, elle est mise en statut "En attente de réapprovisionnement (payé)" à cause d'un seul article (rupture de stock non indiquée sur la page de l'article du site mobile).

J'avais besoin de cette commande la semaine dernière et cela fait plus de 2 semaines que rien ne bouge. Aucune date n'est indiquée et je dois partir en vacances 3 semaines après avoir commandé et payé...

J'ai essayé d'appeler le service clients : attention, il n'est ouvert que de 14h à 16h (!!). J'ai essayé de les appeler une dizaine de fois entre 14h et 16 h, sans succès. Ils doivent probablement faire leur pose café, justement entre 14h et 16h !

Bref, commande payée mais bloquée, service client injoignable, aucune date indiquée : je ne serai plus client.

Very reasonable price - competitive, even once you include shipping to the UK. Swift delivery though not much communication.

Absolutely appalling. Took ages to come and the hit with a deceptive import tax even though clearly stated there are no additional tax. Getting a refund is even worse. STAY CLEAR!!!!

Pas sérieux ne réponds pas au courrier de réclamation.

They have parts in stock that I cannot find in the UK

Product ordered however for buyers in the UK beware that in the small print you are liable for additional import/customs costs. The deal you see and is advertised online in pounds sterling plus postage is not the price you pay. A £400 part was en route being delivered and then a further £80 charge has been billed to me. Not good, not clear, but in the very small print....

Excellent purchasing experience. Ordered an obscure part not sold in the US; received documentation and tracking immediately; part arrived in US in 7 days. Very reasonable price and shipping. Would definitely buy from them again. Highly recommended.

For things like Miche cassettes and cogs I'll buy from xxcycle again. My order took eleven days to show up in my mailbox from France to the central USA. They emailed me a tracking number and my order was mailed the first business day after I submitted my order online.

Purchased a Bryton S500 to UK

The shipping speed is quick, the customer service also great.
However, the "VAT Included" in their checkout screen is a lie. The logistic company (Fedex) had applied another 20% VAT charges which is unexpected. And the CS insist that the charges were handled by Customer and nothing to their end. And yes, please beware the additional charges when you make your purchase through xxcycle.com

Recently I bought campagnolo EC-re300 shifter body from here, they shipped item very quick and provide me tracking number, and it arrived after around 20days to WA Perth.

Faultless supply and delivery. Excellent service. Ordered some Time Speciale 8 MTB pedals from xxcycle.com late on Mon 6th Dec (as the pedals are seemingly unavailable/out of stock in the UK), great price and only an additional 15 euros for 2-5 day delivery. Package tracking was spot on. Its now 10am 8th Dec south west England, and the package has arrived in really good condition. No additional import charges as mentioned in some other feedback. Really very impressed.

DO NOT BUY ON THIS SITE. Info on site is misleading especially on delivery dates. Customer service doesn't care once you have done the purchase. No compensation or whatsoever. Look at other online bike shops rather than here.
