I'm happy with this plugin, it is easy to set up and very complete. They really have thought of everything you would need to make a dating website. Members area, payment gateways, notifications etc.
And most important, the support is fast and on point!

You won't find a better deal than this
I have been using this dating plugin for many years and it is better now than it's ever been. There have been problems over the years but they get fixed, I haven't had any problems with customer service. I chose this plugin because if you take a look around at prices, you will see this is the best deal. I don't plan on ever switching to something else as long as they are in business.

AMAZING to begin with
I've been working closely with wpdating for around 2 months now with 2 dating websites and it was already AMAZING to begin with. to be honest it just gets better and better. At first I faced some problem which I thought was because of the plugin so I contacted them immediately and got a solution within a few hours of time. The problem was due to misconfiguration of settings and was not from their software. The service is great they are trying to help in all the ways that are possible even now on friday they the day is almost finished and still they are responding quickly.
And the product has so many options it gives you creativity to adjust parameters to your own liking.

Quite good plugin as a base to start a dating website. This avoid to built from scratch. Despite some features quite tricky to handle, there is a support very reactive and helpful.
Best use and less time consuming is to have some development skills either to enhance some behaviours or to complete whatever your needs.

Unreliable and not professional
I must say, that i am very unhappy with this company. I asked them to make some new features, which should be separated in an own plugin, for avoiding losing them after an update. After making an update it showed, that they havent done that. Now I ask them again to do this and after 5 months (!) still no finish.
I ask for a cashback, because this is no reliable behaviour. At the current situation I can only suggest to avoid this company and look for other solutions.

They have to know about the time zone, and the other thing annoys me because they have limited working hours, but if you contact them on the chat website, you can get some support and it all depends on who is working, but basically they are great..

Had a few problems getting started with…
Had a few problems getting started with WP Dating Plugin and I thought we were going to have to stop work again and look for another theme to create our dating site, but thanks to the excellent tech support and quick responses we were able to get our site up and running - We had tried 2 other dating site themes, before trying WP Dating, and both times could not get them to work properly and had to request refunds - WP Dating is a great plugin and theme and I would recommend it to anyone that is looking to start a dating site. Simple and easy for you and your members.

Perhaps the best support in the world
I am very satisfied with wpdating. There have been quite a few challenges with getting my page to work with translations and things that needed to be adjusted on the page. But I got help for this without any problems. In the part of the world where I am, unfortunately, there are no gateway payment options at Wpdating that people in this country use. So if one day I want to offer a subscription payment on my site, this will be a bigger cost. So I hope more gateways will come in time in this plugin.

Great starter tool to create a dating site, their support guys are brilliant, always keep you informed and quick at getting back in touch. Not only that they will login their end and sort any issues out that you encounter. My site has not launched yet but already the backend works flawlessly and will reduce the overall completion time massively than originally expected. Highly recommended.
