I am very satisfied with the service provided by WPdating. The team implemented the customization of my website exactly according to my requirements. What impressed me most was their fast response time—every inquiry was answered promptly, and my ideas were executed perfectly.
Despite communicating in English, there were no language barriers at all. All of my requests were clearly understood and professionally implemented. Throughout the entire project, the support team was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.
For me, the investment was definitely worthwhile. The service was worth every cent. I can highly recommend WPdating without reservation and hope that their support continues to maintain this high standard in the future.

wpdating plugin is a well created software and the technical support department is very helpful in getting our website up and running. They have been helping us with all theme settings and plugin integration. We are yet to launch our website but so far we are happy and looking for more development from this software & the team!

Good features and helpful support
I’ve been using them for about six months, and the experience has been mostly positive. They offer a solid set of features that make it easier to build and manage my abroad dating site Rishtaabroad.com without needing much of technical skills.
Their support team has been helpful whenever I reached out, especially with customisation.
The support hours is not 24 hours so, they help you according to their hours which could have been 24/7. Overall, things have been working well for me so far.

Poor quality and customer services
I am very disappointed with my WPdating services. They don't follow directions and quality is very poor. Everything is also very complicated including the location of payments and where clients are to send payments. If I could get ALL of the money I've sunk into this project back and go to another company, I would.

I purchased from WP dating about 3 years ago, it is the first time I have set up my own business and in the process of learning . I must admit I am not very computer savvy and it has been a challenge, so the customer service I have received from WP dating has been outstanding , especially Brain, Brain has fixed any problems or teething issues that have arisen very very swiftly , or if I have any concerns or unsure of what I am doing , he has given the best support. Websites are not plain sailing as I have learnt , so it’s important to have that support structure quickly , this has been the case every time I’ve needed support from Brain . WP dating also has add ons which they have supported me through the set up process and made things a lot easier for someone who is a complete novice when it comes to websites .The set up of my website theme looks great and very good for the money, there are a few tweaks that could be better but overall it is a great visual design, they have combined a dating site with social media, so it is very different from most dating sites , more of a hybrid I’d say, so if you want something a bit different it’s a good choice . My website is a working progress as have recently also added my own custom code to it through help from family , such as a carousel, so I am needing that customer care more than ever and I can not fault the service when it comes to this. Thank you Brain for making it an easier experience for a computer novice .

WPDating was a Strong Choice for DeadheaDating
Thanks to WPDating, I’m impressed that we were able to launch our niche dating site, DeadheaDating, on a very tight five-week deadline! With round-the-clock effort, I got the site live and functional by launch day. Thanks to our creative launch plan, it was immediately attracting real users (I skipped the fake profiles offered in the package). The core features work well, people are connecting, and I’ve been able to grow the site into more than just a dating platform.
The tech support team deserves credit — they were friendly, responsive, and helpful within their working hours. However, because their hours were the opposite of my time zone, I had to work overnight to communicate in real time and resolve issues, which was exhausting. This is the main reason I give 4 stars instead of 5. Expanding support coverage across time zones would make a huge difference. Updating the setup tutorials and videos would also be immensely helpful.
Overall, WPDating is a strong product that works as promised and gives site owners a lot of control. With a few improvements, it could easily be a 5-star experience. I can confidently recommend this platform for building a dating website. For anyone willing to invest a little setup effort, WPDating delivers a functional, customizable solution!
