Hi, I don't understand some of the negative reviews! Support team totally willing and great to work with! Their software works fast and looks great. Some errors appeared, but in cooperation with support, they are being removed. I can only recommend and look forward to further cooperation! :)
If you want to build a best dating site just buy it! :)

I have worked with, or tried to work with, several developers from WP Plugins I have purchased, the is NO OTHER developer team as responsive as this one. These developers could not be any better, even if they were my employees. Thankfully they have helped me get my site up and running, and even provide custom coding when necessary.

I purchased all there products including the mobile app which they never delivered a working copy, after 12 months a asked for a refund which they said yes to but, 2 yrs later still waiting, No app, Product not working properly very buggy software.
I noticed all these positive reviews, well they are all from the same person, yes another scam.

We delivered the complete product and worked on your site using our development and installation team.
After some years of using our product and team, you requested a refund, which we initially denied because it was already a year since the purchase, and we had used our developers on it.
The time our team has given you is more than what you have paid, which you know as well. If we had not worked then you might have requested refund within 6 months of purchase.
You even tried to request a refund through the bank, but it was against their and our terms, so you couldn't get the money back. That is the reason you have started posting negative reviews, and we totally disagree with you.

This time also, Trustpilot will remove your post because it is not acceptable and under the policies.

Extremely unstable and buggy plugins
Extremely unstable and buggy plugins. Despite spending years trying to make them work, the plugins consistently fail and cause more problems than they solve. Support was unable to provide a lasting solution, and updates often introduced new issues rather than fixing existing ones.
Unfortunately, I have to make the hard decision to discontinue using this product. We invested so many years, but they simply could not get the plugins to function reliably. Learn from my mistake and stay away from this company, otherwise, you will only waste your time and money.

The support service of wp team is really good. I was in a doubt because of few negatve reviews posted for the product, that is the reason I started from a basic package. But i got a good service with the product that I want for my website.
it is customisable and many admin options are there which helped me to create my site. I was planning to launch the site on Jan but I think I will launch it earlier. Thank you team. I personally recommend the product and their service!!
