Ordered 9 chilli plugs. Had 1 missed delivery, this company do not send a dispatch notice or tracking information I contacted them & they shipped again also no shipping information was sent.
Received my order yesterday, on receipt 2 of the plants were crushed & snapped another 2 looked very wilted. So today 4 of the plants are already pretty much dead, the packaging was really not good its thin plastic holding the plants packed in a plastic bag so I guess they have a lot of damaged plants.
I have not bothered to contact them, I will write this off as a bad experience & go & buy some large plants from the garden center.
I should have read the Trust Pilot reviews before buying.....

People need to give small veg growers a chance at this time of year. There is so much to do, upkeep, posting packing keeping up with emails. If only more people left good feedback instead of only negative.
Everybody makes mistakes!
This is a company that really goes above, I recieved a lovely guide book and some plant food. You wouldn't get this service from suttons etc!

Ordered chilli plug plants on the 18th May. Payment taken. E-mailed 23 May to ask where the dispatch was. 10 days later no response. Like many on here I have been a regular customer of World of Chillies over the past 6 or 7 years so am really sad that they have now descended to this. Like everyone here I have put a chargeback request into my card company. A real shame as until now they have been excellent.

Like most I have been using this company for many years. My order which was placed in november did arrive in March. Unfortunately there was 1 that was damaged. Not a problem as Sarah said she would send another. Nothing arrived and I have emailed multiple times with no response. Just wanted to know if I was going to get a replacement plus some extras I wanted to order. Around 4 times I have emailed allowing a week or 2 inbetween. Nothing back. The customer service is shocking this year. I like many won't use them again.

Don't by from this company ad the chillis never arrive.

Excellent products for several years. Very poor for the last two years with plants failing and dying. Emaied them last week with photographs and no response. I agree with the reviews stating that they have gone downhill. I won’t buy from them again.

I asked for an updateon the delivery of my chilli plugs and followed up letting them know some of my plugs got damaged in the post.

They responded quickly and sent out replacement plants.

No hassle and no fuss, I'll buy again next season.

One star is too much! I've used this company over the last few years and they have been great. Not sure what has changed this year, but it's been a completely different experience. Pre-ordered my chillies in October. Expected them to arrive end of March as usual. Gave a couple of weeks grace into April, then started trying to contact the company. 2 emails were ignored, used the online form and got a response apologising and said they'd send them out with extras. Nothing! Another couple of emails and another online form and still nothing. No chillies, no further apology and no offer of reimbursement.

If they can't fulfill the order, they should just say and reimburse. Everyone knows that plants fail and if they are having a bad season, then be honest. Ghosting customers just sucks!

Been ordering from worldofchillies for years and always been great service, healthy plants etc. What has gone wrong? paid over Christmas as usual for my plants due to arrive in March. It is May tomorrow, nothing from them except constant emails offering me to buy chillies of the week? I have emailed several times and tried the Facebook page but I've been ghosted. They have basically robbed me of over £50.

really upset this company has been good in the past but this order has not turned up tried to contact the company but no joy so i advise do not deal with them my money is lost i am afraid never to be seen or my chilli plants

Previously greatly impressed by the service and quality of product. Always excited to read river an email and learn more about chillies. This year my order had not shown up. I contacted the business and received an apology and was promised a replacement. No replacement received and all further attempts made to contact have not received any response.

I subscribed to the World of Chillies a while back and decided I would take the plunge and finally place an order. Firstly, the website has improved, in recent years, and is easy to navigate. Product selection and ordering is also user friendly. The products didn’t take too long to arrive, I’d actually forget about it, so it was a pleasant surprise, plus the addition of a free plug was rather exciting. The plants arrived in a great condition, with a nice little pocket guide, that answered all my questions. If the plugs don’t make it I believe it will be down to my potting mix and plant location. Until my mini greenhouse arrives in a few days - I’ll try to keep them safely away from my 5 cats!! Great customer journey, so based upon my experience, I would highly recommend World of Chillies 👍

I've used this company a couple of times in the past and was very impressed but my last order ( basil plants & markut lime plant) never appeared. Sent 3 emails and have not replied to any of the emails and apparently the phone nos are incorrect. Extremely poor way to treat your customers!! I have now been in touch with my bank for a credit card to be reimbursed.

Recieved my chilli plants they all died within a couple of days. Sent a message to the company using there contact method.i was advised I would get a response within 24 hours. No response. Messaged again 2 weeks later still no response. I will never use again. On the plus side the tomatoes are still alive that came 2 weeks later

I e-mailed the company with a query, but did not receive the courtesy of a reply. Nevertheless, I persevered and placed an order a few days later. Methinks it was an unwise move on my part! I have not received any acknowledgement of the order! I sent a message querying this, using their online form. I have received an automated response advising me that someone will get back to me but am still waiting!

UPDATE: Although I am still not happy about being ignored and by the lack of customer service from this company (I have still not had any response to my messages), I must give praise where it is due:

My order arrived yesterday and it exceeded my expectations! It was well packaged. The quality of the products was excellent and the free enclosed guide was much appreciated, as was the free pack of soil enhancer.

To be honest: I was so pleased with the order, that I am likely to use the company again for next year's project.

I’ve bought a lot of chillies from Sarah at WOC and never had any issues, plants have always been fantastic quality and delivered as agreed, this time one package wasn’t delivered, although RM said it was, I emailed WOC and Sarah replied promptly- plants were replaced and delivered (with a few freebies) the next day. This company has brilliant products and fantastic customer service - the negative reviews on here must be dealing with a different company.

Do not buy from this fake company, bought plants and pots but nothing arrived, email said to wait, nothing arrived. Asked for refund, still nothing. Been 4 weeks. Literally stealing from me

Great customer service. Small delivery mistake but rectified quickly and easily. Loads of variety of seeds and plugs arrived looking great.
Lots of good info provided as well.
Will keep using.

I ordered some chilli plugs plants witch are quality had slight problem with the dispatch but when contacted I had a prompt response and was rectified very quickly and was delivered very quickly I would order again and recommend the kraken variety if your after a hot choc

I have bought chillie plugs from this website for 3 years in a row. There is a good choice and the plants have always been healthy. Once they got stuck in the post (due to Royal Mail being too slow) and arrived in terrible condition. I contacted her and she sent out replacements straight away.
She oftens throws in a wild-card freebie to try as well, which is a nice touch.
