Betted £700 won £1225 back it’s now October 25th I withdrew on 24th September and still no where to be seen still says pending withdrawal I emailed them they emailed back saying it’s between 7-21 workin days so I waited now it’s past 21 workin days and still no sight of it, the first time I used the app and won back a smaller amount it came in my bank 3 days later but cause it’s such a large amount they ain’t paying out scamming b**tards man

This is site that shouldn't be accepting UK players yet it does. Suspicious deposits I made made by visa got through 3rd party companies in countries such as Peru and Nigeria that are nothing to do with winner bet site. So money showing on site is probably false which is why players will not receive winnings. Their money is long gone to scam companies in other countries. My banks fraud team has been informed and will be reporting to Gambling Commision .. I strongly advise ALL players affected like myself to report as they are operating fraudently. Contact your bank and Gambling commission. I have had good and not so good experiences with getting sites but this is the first scam site I've come across. I've got too much to say about it. It's beyond any joke
I've even asked them to close my account but they won't, all I get from chat is them telling me to send a email to daniela who has different email addresses and all because I'm vip I cannot close my account in chat which any other site manages to close accounts from chat, this site just don't make any sense. And those customer service people are so damn rude it's incredible, they close the chat before you've finished what you need to ask and say.

Requested withdrawal a month ago and no payment received. Have spoken to them via the online chat and they cannot give me any information as to when (if) my money will arrive! £865!!!! They just say they've passed it to the finance dept and they'll get back to me!! I see that the parent company has now been blacklisted. I'm so upset and angry!!

They still operate and scam people,nothing is changed just they’re website I requested withdrawal of 999£ on 2february and they flaged it as high risk by mestake with no explanation after 3months of waiting and bunch of complaints,now i had to request another withdrawal wich will probably be the same again I wouldn’t boder if i would win from my first deposit but i spend a lot before got to win something i cant cash out
