I am a genuine UK gamer, who made a genuine deposit and won a not insignifcant amount. It has been in excess of 21 days stated on their website, and still no pay out. Online chat copy and paste the same text over and over again, saying that my withdrawal is in process.

I do not think I will ever receive my money. I should have performed more due dillence and seen that these are based in Greece and are NOT regulated by the UK Gambling commission.

The fact is, they have stolen my money. So please please, DO NOT gamble with these criminals.

Same problem as everybody else here. Made a withdrawal that's supposed to take 24-48 hours. After not recieving it I've been on live chat to be told it will take 21 days. Seems like this site like taking money but not actually paying out. Stay away and avoid at all costs

This company is a joke, rigged games. I hope that someone has contacted ombudsman regarding Thier practices. Winners casino is disgusting there terms state withdrawals processed in 48hrs yet when you go on live chat they say 21days I've had a withdrawal pending for 21 days now yet its still pending,when I've gone on to live chat they have just ended the chat 3 times on me without replying,this site is a scam and needs closing down they are just robbing peoples money
Update no been over 21 days and still nothing the chat option has also disappeared
I still haven't received my withdrawal its been nearly 3 months since I requested can't contact on live chat I emailed them after the withdrawal had been pending 21 days and I was told it was still being reviewed I jus tried to email again and it's come back with a system email saying the email address is not found
