For the avoidance of doubt, i deposited and played without any bonuses.

Currently on 26 Jan 26, requested withdrawal on 22 Dec 25.

No updates, chat is useless and simply paste generic responses. they do not respond to emails or acknowledge complaints.

Huge scam, presents itself on sites like FreeCash and EarnLab be very careful they will steal your deposit and your deposit information.

Absolute cowboys. Do not under any circumstance deposit money and play here. Firstly it'll lock your deposit into an unwithdrawable sum then when you do finally withdraw you'll get any excuse and brick walls. Keep up the pressure and hassle though you will eventually get your money, took me about 4 months but it appeared

6 months waiting returned bk to my account today for 3rd time all 3 have been different excuses first bank issue second there system now there saying its high risk fraud lol even though its been accepted twice.reported to hgc to be told this site has no licence and is blacklisted steer clear they may pay u for a while then stop paying and stop replying to u.i will remove this and other reviews if paid.if not I will keep pursuing hgc until this bunch of clowns get shut down

Withdrew £120 on 9th June, we are past the 7-21day pending period and still no movement. email received with some rubbish about security checks. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS BUNCH, surely the games suppliers don't want to be associated with these crooks, are these software developers aware of what this company is doing with their product,

I am not a gambler. They sending me 3-4 messages but I can’t even block them because they sending messages from computer which doesn’t have number. I wouldn’t play a casino which one is so pushy.

Stay clear!! I deposited £20.00 over 1 month ago it showed that the transaction was cancelled but still took my money which did not show in the site but was taken from my bank. When I contacted them they said it will be refunded and I’m still waiting. The only positive thing is I’ve only lost £20. Scam!
