Waited from 14th February to get my money and never got it. They sent me an email last night to say I'd made a fraudulent withdrawal and they'd put the money back into my gaming account. However this morning this site doesn't seem to exist and I'm now out of pocket by £180. Has this site closed down completely as I can't even send them an email now they just bounce back as undeliverable.

Website has disappeared, taking my balance of over £200 with it.

This Site owes me £400 for a Withdrawal made on 15 April 2023 ? I think they’re a SCAM ? They have not replied to any of my emails or correspondence, their Telephone number is non existent? I’ve got Resolve and GAME looking into them. I think they have ceased Trading, as I can’t even get into my so called Account? I’ll just have to accept my loss of £400, and put it down to Stupidity on my behalf. I should have smelt a RAT when I couldn’t make more than 1 withdrawal at anytime? I have just recently deposited in this site. I have not spent any credit because I can't get back onto site,says casino doesn't exist. So what's the go?

Just read previous review from James and in the same boat. Made a withdrawal request 11th March, still awaiting.

They have ignored all emails sent and online chat have a copy and pasted response every few days asking me to be patient.

I’m due £1,350.

I never get a straight answer when I ask customer services what is going on with it. Now cannot access the website. Definitely feel like i've been robbed of 500 quid!

Same situation as a couple of other people it seems. Waiting for withdrawal, cannot login and emails are bouncing straight back.

Have had my account blocked had funds in there what’s the chances of getting this back

Have blocked my IP address so I can’t access the website unfortunately for this company I work as a lawyer and can gain access a lawsuit will be going against them. And will try to get everyone’s money back !

I saw these reviews too late! I registered at the beginning of March and made a deposit of £500, on the last deposit of £100 I went up to £200 and decided to withdraw! At the same time, I fully verified my account, they were glad that it should take from 7 to 21 business days ....check for fake identities and fraud.... AFTER 21 WORKING DAYS THEY EXPLAINED THEY WERE HOLIDAYS AND They don't count this days, AFTER 30 WORKING DAYS I DECIDED TO GET ON THEM HARDER as I didn't receive the money and it's impossible to unsubscribe from text messages and promotional emails. , and asked every day, at the same time I sent all the documents and a printout of the bank account to e-mail again! on the same day I received a notification that my account was fully verified ... In the chat they asked me to give a little more time every day, they claimed that I was a priority client and they would soon withdraw my funds EVERY DAY .. SOON ... AT THE MOMENT IT WAS A LITTLE MORE THAN 40 WORKING DAYS! 04/05/2023 I HAVE BEEN TIRED OF THEIR LIES, I DECIDED TO SPECIFY THEIR FULL ADDRESS IN THE CHAT ALLEGED TO REPORT TO THE POLICE... THEY STARTED DISCONNECTING INSTANTLY...LATER IN THE EVENING A SELVATORE APPEARED, JOINING EVERY MY CHAT, AND SILENT ... HE BLOCKED MY IP ADDRESS AND ALL MY PRIVILEGES... Now I have no connection with them, sending irretrievable emails... AWESOME! BEWARE OF THEM AND DON'T BE SUPPOSED TO BE SUCCESSFUL PROMOTIONS!

Well firstly what a fantastic range of games they have , I got asked to test out this casino in all areas and can honestly say I had no problems whatsoever, customer service was quick to reply to queries , my withdrawal was processed within 3 days and verification was easy. With all the negative comments on here about this sets i expected the worst but couldn't have been happier with end result. Will definitely be returning to this online casino. Thank you

I joined this casino and tried to deposit £20 but when I was pur through to my bank it said the amount was £311 so now my bank have blocked my card and I've got to wait 3-5 working days for the replacement card so I the meantime I have no way of getting my money out of my account.
My advice would be avoid this casino

Try to withdraw money from my account after 21 days they stop responding to my emails the phone number on the site does not exist. This is bye far the worst site that I have ever used don't sign up it's just a SCAM.

I made withrdwall in July 2021, after 90 days withdrawals are automatically canceled by the system, after 9 months my winning is still pending, i dont have hope i ever got my payment.

I made a withdrawel on 6 january. Waited 7-21 working days, but no response at all. After 90 days i received an e-mail that my withdrawel is flagged high risk for fraud. After this they told me that if I think it was mistakenly flagged for fraud i can make a new withdrawel. I think they will keep the withdrawel on pending for another 90 days and keep doing this. Sad to say but i don't think i will ever receive my withdrawel. But let's stay positive.

Waiting for my withdrawal request more than two months and it’s still pending. Never play at this casino.
