We had our kitchen fitted by Wickes and couldn't be happier with the result. Karen, who designed it, really listened to what we wanted and turned our ideas into a space that works perfectly for us. The larder is a particular highlight, and the whole kitchen is now so much more practical for our daily life. We absolutely love it. Thank you, Karen and the team!

Staff were excellent!

Leah Collins who met with us was very helpful and it was good doing business with her. We were impressed by her call prior to the visit to discuss what we had in mind and when we arrived, she had a proposal all prepared for us - very efficient. Overall product knowledge and customer facing skills were excellent.

Always friendly staff. Plenty parking and stock options are plenty. Click and collect service excellent and quick. Store always clean and tidy.

I have been trying to contact the Wickes customer service team on the phone and by email for the last week, nobody answers the phone or emails.
Terrible customer service.

Purchased a kitchen from Wickes in Feb 2026, and whilst the sales person and design was straight forward we have had nothing but issues since - kitchen fitment is below par, it's shoddy and very poor. The walls have been left in a horrendous state with exposed electrical wiring in two separate locations. We have escalated to Wickes on several occasions and being completely ignored, no response to a formal complaint logged over a week ago (surely acknowledgment doesn't take that long) no call back from installs manager as they offered (been nearly two weeks since that promise) - I have basically written to them for a full refund so I can pay a competent installer to finish the job they haven't that I paid for. Unacceptable and left with a kitchen that isn't finished nearly 6 months after initial purchase.

This is the first time I have ordered from Wickes and it will be the last. Absolute nightmare. I paid for delivery 3/7/26, rearranged working commitments and made plans for my fitter to commence work on that date. Waited in all day with no update from Wickes or DX. Delivery did not arrive. Still no update as of 6/7/26, so I had to contact Wickes to chase. They did refund the delivery charge, however, this goes nowhere to make up for lost time and expense. Delivery turns up today 6/7/26. DX entirely unhelpful, they just dump a unstable pallet on my driveway and refuse to help me unpack it to inspect the tiles for any damage. Bear in mind there are two delivery men and I was here alone. The pallet is still sat outside, as the tiles have been stacked incorrectly and are leaning unsafely at an angle. As soon as the strapping is cut they will fall. I spoke to the most intransigent customer service advisor (no name given unfortunately) who did not want to document my complaint, or allow me to speak to a manager to escalate this. The call was seemingly put on hold as the line went silent for two minutes and then cut off. I would not choose Wickes again, very poor service and a don’t care attitude from their staff.

Found what I needed easily, friendly, helpful staff.

What another positive experience we have with Wickes at Bolton. We had a kitchen from here 16 years ago so was the logical choice for a new bathroom.
We were taken care of in a friendly and professional manner by Jennifer Dooley from the start.
Jennifer's helpful and proactive attitude made the process both interesting and enjoyable. We were able to navigate through the planning stage in a casual but productive way and she ensured we never felt overwhelmed with the many options we could pursue.
We are looking forward to our new bathroom with the knowledge everything has been thoroughly discussed in a style that completely met our needs.
The whole process has exceeded our expectations and Jennifer's input and guidance is a real asset to the Wickes store.

I met a very professional guy who spoke to me about the telescope ladder and how good it is to work with.

I popped into Wicks Dundee this morning & was attended to by Caitlin a member of staff. She gave me directions to the isle I needed to find my goods, thereafter concluding my sale. 10 out of 10 Caitlin. I must add I always find all the Staff very helpful.

Terri at Wickes Glasgow was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and was incredibly friendly and patient throughout the whole process. She explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. Her knowledge and helpful attitude made choosing everything so much easier. I was really impressed with the service I received, and if I need anything else in the future, I would definitely go back to Terri. Highly recommended!

Had my home visit by James Clark from the Colchester branch. Polite, professional and knows what he is doing. Came up with good designs, followed up with a meeting in store to finalise the details which was just as efficient. Had some good tips too as I am installing the kitchen myself. Highly recommend Wickes kitchens and talking to James

We were looking for a paint to match out new wallpaper as we are decorating the bathroom. Couldn't find a good match but David P used the colour match machine to find us one that matched our preference almost perfectly. Great service 😁

Sophie helped massively great communication and happy to help when I needed her to assist with finding some items..
