Was served by Paul today who was very helpful and tried very hard to find paint we required even showing us how to check stock on line really impressed with the service and help thankyou

I was recommended by a friend to use this particular store, saying they were really helpful and would take care of my needs as I flip houses, and at the same time kind of at the age when I should be retired. However,
I now use Wicks for all my materials and building needs because all the members give me confidence in anything I buy, and the staff really help me.

Since day one, meeting Russell and the team its been really amazing. Russell really goes out of his way to help everyone. I had a major problem with a big item I had bought and was really concerned about it, but I needn't have worried cause Tracey, one of the managers, took over and sorted out my problem with great expertise and professionalism, and explained what they would do to help me.

Since going into this store, I don't need or want to use other companies. I have found the team very helpful. than any store I have used in the past, I don't need to worry, I know one of the staff will go out of their way to help. Kia, one of the younger members of staff, is so polite and helpful, a young lad who goes out of his way to help. All the staff, Mary, Anna, Conner, and Andy, look out for all the customers. They are absolutely great, I recommend them all the time; telling my friends to go to Wickes in Torquay, they are the best, and nothing is too much trouble for them. So go on, all you builders and the public, give this store a visit, you won't regret it. A very satisfied customer

Had a gentleman called shammas help me during my visit to wicks in Chesham couldn’t be more happy with the customer service he provided me nothing seemed to much trouble Wish there was more workers like him 👍🏻

UPDATE

Still awaiting resolution and have yet again provided the information requested by email response by their Trustpilot request and today by telephone. Today they said they would escalate to "the branch" even though I bought online. Never dealt with such poor customer service. Will not be using them for trade account moving forward.
Incidence copied in their CEO to my last email.....hopefully he will be more competent . They do however say service levels come from top down.

Bought a garden gate online that warped within 3 months. Online chat with customer services resulted from an offer of a 20% discount to I need to speak to the branch manager as we only take returns within 30 days.
To complete the experience i was abruptly cut off......the excuse '" we are only allowed to spend a fixed time on chat with customers" lol.......even if their issue is not resolved!!
Guess I will have to call back Monday in case I have inconvenienced them.

I was in Cardiff Newport road store wicks and I was minding my own business and I over heard an store member in his 20s tall and really skinny he was under his breathe saying all they expect me to do is all this work I hardly been here a hour and they expects it all does my head in fools . I looked with disgusted and he just staired at me and it made me feel really uncomfortable.
I just think it’s awful how the team members in wicks are talking about each other like that when they are meant to be a team .

Awful experience made me feel so uncomfortable wouldn’t recommend this store at all

I'd recently bought worktops from Wicks and the buying and delivery were first class. On my experience I recommend a kitchen installation to a relative. However it hasn't been a good start. Firstly the person came and was no more than 15 mins measuring up, appearing not particularly interested. They then told my relative that they'd receive a call or email with an appointment to visit a local store. No email or phone call was received. My relative will go to the local Wicks store on the off chance and hopefully speak to someone without an appointment to see what kitchens are on offer. However this certainly is not a good start or impression if this is how Wicks are going to conduct the process. They're also going to a competitive store to see if they're interested and more helpful in actually selling a kitchen.

Further to a visit at Wicks Bedford, it was great to young staff members went out of there way to help me it was a breath of fresh air, consider the heat today I always believe this starts at management keep up the good work.

I say with all honesty, that I never leave reviews- untill now. I am a regular customer and I am frequently assisted and served by Gemma. She is helpful, friendly, conscientious- an excellent member of staff

Pete was amazing today at the Cannock store, we were confused on what we needed and the quantity Pete calculated it all, gave us great advice then even offered a delivery service! Amazing man thanks Pete, taken a lot of pressure off us today!

I booked a design consultation and the woman was extremely rude. She welcomed me by telling me off because her system didn't work properly for her, she didn't answer any of my questions, talked down to me and didn't do much to help me find what I was looking for. After about 15 minutes I left the store as I felt uncomfortable. I've since looked online and found better prices so they have lost my business now.

Dreadful service using their "marketplace". Purchase made online. Very limited delivery options. We had to book a delivery well in advance despite needing the unit urgently. They then cancelled the delivery on the morning it was due and insisted I needed to wait another week. Having no response to my complaint, I decided to build the unit from scratch. Cheaper and easier to buy furniture board (B & Q). Would not use Wickes again

Today I came into wicks . And there was a young lad who had name badge as Jayden I think it was . I asked about the kitchen he said I am a trainee and only been here a couple of weeks I asked could he get someone who would be able to help me he said I ain’t someone who goes to get someone for you I got work to be doing so ignorant and rude I only wanted help on idea and prices and what the next steps were on doing an kitchen .

I usually use this shop all the time for my work but won’t be coming back so rude of a staff member

Absolutely terrible service from Wickes don't bother ordering anything online. Ordered guttering and downpipes and all have arrived scratched/damaged. They want you to provide photos fill out forms and sit on the phone for 30 minutes before they do anything about it. They clearly have an issue with this as the online reviews say the same. Be quicker to go and get it from a proper company.

First of all Macheala was brilliant in designing our bathroom for us we were both happy with her design & Fabio the lovley guy who Macheala recommended to do the job was absolutely amazing so friendly & hard working & we were both very happy with the finished project thankyou so much.

Once again the amazing staff at Corby Wickes showed their helpfulness & kindness especially Patrick in loading my compost into my car great customer service & team work with the nice guy at the till ( sorry I forgot your name ) 5*
