W Hamond Jewellers Omdömen

Knowledgable and friendly staff made my visit a pleasure.

Good experience in the Whitby store, they hadn’t got the gold jet signet ring I wanted in stock, but ordered it and gave the same discount as the online price. Slight confusion about the delivery date, but it arrived quickly & I am delighted with the item.

Brought back a beautiful amethyst and Whitby jet earring set to commemorate my wonderful trip! Well made pieces and friendly staff.

My first time buying from here I absolutely love my ring I bought for my 60th birthday in July this year fits beautifully had loads of comments too it’s gold with jet like a triangle shape the staff were just shutting up as I was looking in the window and the lady let me go in lovely staff very helpful and polite shop bottom of steps in Whitby going tomos tbh gna look again at this shop I love jet and this is a old shop in Whitby

A personal service without the pressure of buying

When looking on line at items i was interested in, phoning the York shop and the staff only too happy to acquire the items and allow me to have them put aside to be picked up later.
Both members of staff on two seperate occasions were very helpful and professional.

On our visit to Hamond's Jewellers, we were looked after by Hugo who was very helpful, pleasant and polite. He showed us several items and was extremely patient throughout. I chose some earrings and there was a reduction in the price which was an added bonus. They were beautifully wrapped which is a lovely touch. I am delighted with my purchase and look forward to visiting you again. Thank you.

The sales assistant was really helpful and spent a long time with me trying to find a pair of earrings that closely matched ones I had lost. He was very warm and friendly. I could not fault the service I received.

We purchased a wedding ring and Michaela was brilliant. Put us at our ease, efficient and very helpful. You had just what we wanted at a great price. Highly delighted, Thank you. Jim Coggan.

Excellent service
Item was ordered in and I was contacted to say it was inshore ready for me to try

Staff were very helpful without being pushy.
Positive experience in my opinion.

Staff were very courteous and efficient. The jewellery is lovely and was able to purchase my item as allowed to pay in instalments. May take a while as they are extremely busy, but was worth it and very happy with my item (silver Claddagh ring with jet black heart stone). See you on my next visit Hamonds 👍

We have a wonderful experience buying the piece we’ve been covering for a couple of years.

Fantastic, we love W Hamond and their connection to N York especially

Helpful staff member.
Great selection of charms. My wife had lots to choose from.
Great value for money. We always visit W Hamond when in York.

The young man that served me was very knowledgeable and helpful,I think his name was Mark. I have visited the store on previous occasions and have always received good service. Would recommend W Hammmonds.

Your young gentleman assistant (sorry, I don't know his name) was very helpful and patient in assisting me to decide on my purchase. I was very pleased with my purchase of earrings, a tasteful memento of my visit to Whitby.

Great experience. Great service. Great price. Cousins wife loved the necklace :-)

Brought a Seiko Alpinist Watch from W. Hammond and it came right on time without any issues. Very happy with the watch.

Lovely products, easy to order on-line, quick delivery in good packaging.
