Great product range at good prices. Found my ideal watch at a great sale price. Delivery first class by the Post Office, even though ordered before the Bank Holiday.

Worst experience. Bought a watch, they took the money then told me watch out of stock, pressured me to order another one from the available stock, which I did, watch came totally diff color not as image on site, when requested to return they asked me to pay shipping which is 250$. Scam

Avoid at all cost . I purchased a watch from this company, and they charged me immediately but failed to ship the item. A week later, I received an email saying it was on backorder. Two weeks after that, they informed me it was still unavailable and pressured me to choose a different watch—only from their available stock.

The replacement I selected looked nothing like the photos on their website and was of poor quality. When I requested a return, they required me to pay for shipping, which cost $190—almost as much as the $300 watch itself. Even when I sent them an email explaining the issue, their reply was negative,

Overall, very poor service, misleading product representation, and unfair return policies. I would not recommend this company

Watch order received very quickly, packaged well and as described. I contacted the team regarding sizing the watch, and their response and instructions were immediate and concise, they even provided a shipping label to return it! It was sized and returned within a few days!

I was originally going to buy from a high street jewellers but the price at Watch Pilot couldn’t be ignored. I didn’t quite believe it. I couldn’t fault the service. My chosen watch was on a back order. Watch Pilot kept in touch and managed expectation well. When it arrived the product didn’t disappoint.

We had to wait for our order longer than we wanted due to it being on a back order but they were helpful and responded straight away when we queried this. The order was sent out in the exact time mentioned once it arrived with them via royal mail

They sent me the wrong watch when I went through WhatsApp they said to send it back and seemed to be helpful as they would send me the right one straight away as it was due to a labelling error. A couple of days past and I still havent heard anything I tried whatsapp again they ignored me! So I emailed them for them to say it was the correct watch when it wasn't i showed the watch I had bought and the whatsapp conversation im now being ignored and dont know where I stand with my order! They just kept saying do you want to cancel your order instead of just sending me the right watch! Its very annoying when the watches are over £100. So now I dont know what's going on! Very frustrating. It also had nothing to do with light angles one had a dial round the face one didnt thats the difference!
