Amazing Customer Service
I believe the true measure of a great retailer is how they treat you after the sale is complete. I had an issue with a watch that developed a fault (not caused by the retailer), and unfortunately I was given the runaround by TAG Heuer. I reached out to Jordan at WatchStatus, and he couldn’t have been more responsive or professional. He handled the issue quickly and with genuine care. His support really set the gold standard for customer service. I genuinely feel like a valued customer, and WatchStatus will be the first place I look when I’m next in the market for a new watch.

I bought a watch off this company a year ago. When I sold it on the buyer checked the serial number on the tissot website which it didn't recognise. The watch was a fake.

Hi John,
Sorry to hear this although we are slightly confused by the review. On the rare occasions we get Tissot watches via retailer liquidations, they usually always come pre-registered by the retailer. However, on occasions where they aren't registered, it would be because an authorised retailer hasn't activated the warranty with Tissot, hence us advertising these with our own warranty, this certainly doesn't mean the watch is counterfeit.

Having purchased two Seiko watches from Jordan at Status Watches in very short succession, I have nothing but praise for Jordan and his company.
Whether through live chat or email, Jordan responds quickly and politely. He provides full transparency about his stock sourcing which gave me every confidence on the authenticity of the products he sells. Integrity and customer service clearly matter to him.
Purchased in the PM, both watches arrived the next day AM, very securely packaged, and in perfect condition, and in full factory packaging with warranty cards. For both purchases, Jordan provided a generous discount code making his prices extremely competitive.
I will not hesitate buying from Jordan and Status Group again, and nor should you. I am delighted with my purchases and customer service received. I felt like a valued customer.
