My well worn and much loved Driza-Bone jacket had some damage to the sleeves and lining and had been left at the back of the office coat stand for maybe 15 years since the last outing. Karl and the team at the The Wax Jacket Cleaning Company have undertaken the repairs, cleaning and reproofing works, all for a reasonable cost and the communication throughout has been both quick and friendly. Great to have my jacket back in time for autumn, looking forward to wearing it again. Highly recommended service, from someone who doesn't really do reviews - it would have been rude not to this time.

Worked a miracle with 3 barbours, sent covered in mould, which have been returned in a wonderful reborn condition. Cannot rate them high enough plus kept us well informed along the way of their progress.

Super pleased with our jackets that we have just had cleaned by this company .

How does this guy get away with offering such a terrible service. Please don't be misled by all the 5 star reviews since you will be very disappointed if you use this organisation.

Sent my 25 year old drover's coat for cleaning, repair and relaxing. Came back 6 weeks later duly refurbished, all for about half the price of a new one, assuming it's possible to get another one of this weight of oil cloth.

Very pleasant experience. My Barbour jacket was too narrow in the armpits and was sorted out very well. You can trust these guys, they really love what they do. Very good communication with Karl. Friendly people.

They cleaned my jacket and did a good job. I gave them my long stockman coat and it's just come back. I am happy with the results.

I nearly threw out my 30 year old Barbour Coat - thankfully I discovered this company! They replaced the missing leg strap, gave it a professional clean and rewax and it looks like new! It now has another 30 years left! The whole process from quote to receipt of the refurbished coat was slick and professional with great communication from Karl. Thanks to him and the team for an amazing job.

Great comms from the company, the service was straightforward and I'm very happy with the result. The jacket was badly needing a rewax and has came back looking like new.

Fantastic service. Prompt replies to questions. Just an excellent all round service! I sent my brand new wax jacket to this company as the sleeves were zipped but too long for me. The wax jacket company did an amazing job on the sleeves, adding new zips. The coat arrived back promptly today. It is amazing and now fits my arms.

25 year old Barbour jacket lying in a cupboard for at least 10 years, dug it out while emptying said cupboard during holiday wknd, quick web search and found WJCC.. filled in online form and sent,, Karl replied during holiday weekend.👏,, sent jacket and received back 2 weeks later,, couldn't believe it, jacket rescued,, terrific work from Karl and team,, excellent service and results,, would definitely recommend
