A family jacket was all-but destroyed, so we took a chance on finding this company online given its state but its sentimental value. What they delivered went beyond any expectation - I didn’t even recognise the jacket upon return the repair work and waxing was that well done.

I thought that my Drizabone riding coat, a present from a sibling who lives in Australia and therefore of great personal value, was just about beyond saving, as I had not cared for it as I should have done. But Karl and his amazing team brought it back from the brink, and returned to me what is virtually a new garment. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They *really* know what they're doing. If you have a waxed garment that needs a bit of TLC, don't hesitate. Use these guys. You won't regret it.

Very professional from initial quotation up until my jacket was returned to me. The standard of works is great the jacket looks brand new, would 100% recommend to anyone looking for repairs/ re-waxing to their waxed jackets.

Excellent and prompt communication even on a Sunday. Clearly an outstanding job done on cleaning and re-waxing my jacket by Karl and his team. After finding this company online ,which surprised me really as a bit of a niche service . So if you have a wax jacket or anything else that has this treatment I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Karl and his team. I posted my Barbour jacket which had never been cleaned or re waxed from day one to Karl via recorded delivery. 7-10 days later back came my jacket like it was brand new . Absolutely brilliant service from the team. I’ve had my Barbour Dept B jacket altered by this company twice now (breathable lining and sleeve shortening, and then taking in at the waist).
