I had one order with them that came in fairly decent in a reasonable amount of time. I put in a new order in June and all was going well, in August I received notification that it was in quality assurance review, however then everything went silent. I followed up several times and got the same "frozen funds" excuse as everyone else in mid-September. Which seems like a bullshit response considering in August the product was finished and being reviewed for quality.

And now on my follow ups there is no response. I tried to be patient and hold out asking for a refund, but I realize that was a mistake. Pump and Dump

Absolutely Horrible

I placed my order in June and had tried reaching out multiple times on instagram and then email just to be told they are having “shipping issues”. I reached out again October 2nd and was told I was to receive my order “soon” or late October. It is now the END of October and I still haven’t gotten anything shipped. They encourage you to reach out then never respond, they have an order status that you can use on their website just for
it to be blank and tell you theres no updates on your order and then never reply with any updates after you reach out. I want a refund but seeing how much they lack in their customer service I am sure there will be some excuse as to why I cant get my well spent money back. 5 months is ridiculous. 0 stars.

SCAMMED FOR 700$+

HUGE SCAM! Fake Business with fake sob story as to why they can’t send you your product. I ordered in MARCH 2024! It is now the end of OCTOBER! It started with then sending me like 4 mold kits over the first two months, saying they lost one and that the other two were only 85-90% usable. I would send back molds the day I received them and then be ignored via email, and or text. I had one guy call back once saying they’d have it shipped out within 2 weeks, Back in August ! NEVER HAPPENED ! About 6 weeks ago they sent out the big apology sob story email saying they had funds frozen, would give you a gift if you choose to wait the 4-5 weeks for them to finish your product and then when I emailed them to check in a 6 weeks. What do ya know. Ghosted lol.

LONG STORY SHORT, COMPANY IS A HUGE SCAM.

MAKING A BUSINESS IS FOR ADULTS AND NOT UNPREPARED CHILDREN USING SOCIAL MEDIA TO SCAM THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE.

Scam

They said I would receive my item a month after the mold was delivered it’s been three months and I’ve heard nothing. I asked for a refund they said it will be one to two weeks until my refund shows up in my bank but im 99% sure I will not receive it.

SCAM.

No question, these guys are crooks. They block and delete bad comments on their socials. Any 5 star rating is likely fake account or from them internally. Don’t order from them unless you want to lose out on money. They’ll give you the run around for 5 months then go ghost on you and you won’t get your refund or item. Real life scam and terrible.

Update: they respond to these messages for appearance. I immediately emailed for my refund after they responded and still no response. Crooks and thieves. Please just issue my refund.

Scammed me of $498 although I paid it…

Scammed me of $498 although I paid it off and waited for month. I even was willing to wait if they had given me any communication or explained but I was ghosted for months and my grill +caps never shipped. Made a dispute with my bank but because I did pay in four they somehow managed to lie or ny bank is just ridiculous, but only 3/4 payments were refunded. The last charge of over $125 was denied dispute. I now have to go to the bank to get back the money they got for free. (Mold got there by late May and I had to dispute in August to give timeline perspective as well).

Water Atl is a huge scam

I placed an order on May 28. Today is September 12, 2024. They told me two weeks ago they promised to send it last week and overnight ship it to me. I have not heard back anything since they refused to answer the phones they don’t respond to comments. They barely respond to emails. They are riving people left and right this is a big huge scam, but definitely not a smart one because people will pull up on them to get their money back. They are just up the street. Looks like the owners are from Africa and are greatly underestimating the town they are in they are in the wrong place for this kind of behavior. I will continue to report them and put them on blast so that more people don’t get robbed. We are in Atlanta and you can get a grill the next day. No reason you’re waiting months to receive your products. Huge scam terrible company.

I placed an order in April that said…

I placed an order in April that said would take two weeks per advertisement and never received then in July was sent another kit saying an issue and i just want a refund now…i have emailed and messaged several times with no response!!!!

I want to sincerely apologize for the incredibly frustrating experience you’ve had with your order. You placed it in April with an expectation of just two weeks’ turnaround, and it’s completely unacceptable that you’re still waiting months later without receiving your product.

I also understand that after receiving another kit in July and being told there was an issue, your trust was further damaged. To have emailed and messaged several times with no response only adds to that frustration — and for all of this, I am truly sorry.

The reality is that Water ATL went through a very difficult period of financial and operational challenges that severely affected production and communication. As the founder, I take full responsibility for how poorly we handled this and the impact it had on valued customers like you.

Our goal was never to ignore or mistreat anyone, but the business was stretched beyond its capacity, which led to these unacceptable delays and lapses in customer service.

If you have not already received a response or resolution, please reach out again directly. I personally want to ensure you either get a full refund or receive your order promptly—whichever you prefer. Your satisfaction matters deeply to me, and I am committed to making this right.

These people are legit!

I just want to start out by saying that the team at Water ATL are a cut above the rest. Very professional and knowledgeable. There was an issue with the spike but they kept me informed and reassured every step of the way. They were very consistent in their communication and met every deadline. I got to see the progress first hand and they delivered on what they promised. And most importantly, I’m very satisfied the grills. Shout out Water ATL, I will 10/10 be recommending them to all my friends and family!
