I've really been looking forward to…

I've really been looking forward to getting my 2 little caps.. but it sounds like it's not happening. I even messaged the company on ig saying I wasn't sure if I did my mold correctly. "wym", and a suggestion to buy a new mold kit without even knowing if the impression i sent in was good. It's been in the 'review' stage for 10 days now, after being delivered to them 18 days ago. just sucks to be left in the dark, but it seems like its not even going to be made with these reviews. ughhhh

Horrible shopping experience.

Their instagram deletes comments that speak on the consistent issue. It sucks to still be seeing bad reviews a year later. For anyone looking for a grill online, look else where or you'll just be giving them money.

One star is too generous at this point

One star is too generous at this point. Put in my order a year ago and they keep saying they have “escalated my ticket” to issue a refund that THEY OFFERED, I didn’t even ask for but accepted because I spent just over $600 on their products. They delete any and all inquiries about orders on their social media and warn that you’ll be blocked if you continue. Serial scammers. Even though they tell you to email about inquiries of your order, they give no information and just thank you for your patience. DO NOT follow them, purchase from them, or give them any energy or thought.

beware!!! this company will scam you

this company will scam you, do NOT buy. the positive reviews are fake! I almost was BANNED from Affirm and my credit could have tanked had they not done a proper investigation. I was out $500 for no reason, as I bought this as a birthday present for myself. instead i was left stressed and scammed, having to go through my bank and then affirm because I was unaware of what steps I had to make. If you paid in 4, do not!!! dispute with your bank, dispute with affirm or whichever company because the bank is charged by the loan companies, NOT wateratl. because I did not know, I disputed with my bank and that caused me to owe $500 to affirm instead of Wateratl paying them. I then had to explain and wait months for them to clear me, i couldn’t use affirm for anything.

Although I did finally get a refund damn near a year later- I stated and remain true that I will NEVER stop informing others that this company is a Scam and needs to be shut down. They just keep on hurting others who put their trust in this "company"

If You’re thinking of giving them a chance…Don’t.

Initially, they were fairly responsive stating that they were fully operational and had hiccups during their first few months in service which caused some delays, but they wanted to make sure I received my product by the deadline of Dec. 22. That was over 10 days ago. Since then nothing. I sent them a buff stone from another local business and realized how quickly grillz should take and what good costumer service looks like and yet, I still tried to give the benefit of the doubt I called their costumer service line (which can be found on BBB website for those that may need it), reached out to them via email and IG and no one responded. Yet, they are still posting about how all these different celebrities have received grillz from them and it just disappoints me because all I wanted to do was give them the opportunity to prove the negative feedback wrong, and they fell VERY WELL short of that.

Maybe give them a chance

I’ll be completely honest at first, I really thought WaterATL was a scam. Communication early on was rough, and we had a pretty nasty fallout that left me really frustrated and questioning if I’d ever get my product. However, they eventually came through, and I have to say I’m beyond happy with what I received. The product is exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. While the journey to get there wasn’t the smoothest, I’m glad everything worked out in the end. Thank you for making it right!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I agree with the bad reviews listed on here. This company is ran terribly. They take forever to respond to emails. I wasted my money, never received my item. They took two months just to send me the impressions kit, after that told me my order would be ready in November and then now in December told me my impressions aren’t usable. Waited on an order from back in July! I was excited with this being a black owned company but waiting 6 months and not receiving anything. They don’t even follow the policies listed on their website. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend ordering anything from them.

This company needs to be closed down. There’s no way I’m still waiting for my grillz I placed an order for April 2024 112542231. They’re not ready to be in business and should be closed. Typical Atlanta Scammers

Do not order from this company. They will take your hard earned money and you will wait MONTHS before you ever receive your product, if you ever receive it.

They get you to buy mold kits at $30 a pop by saying they were unusable. I placed my original order in APRIL!

They limit their comments on social media so customers cannot warn others of their practices. They claim all orders are delayed, give you a time frame, and after the new date passes, they never contact you about the status of your order.

7 MONTHS DONT BUY

I ordered ts 7 months ago it’s bout to be 2025 and NOTHING. I email and try to be patient but all they do is lie. Once in a while they tell me “it’s going to be shipped next week” and this has been say multiple times over the course of those 7 months. They once gave me a $50 gift card to use but when I tried using it, it didn’t work or there was no option to pay with it.
