Unauthorized charges months after a purchase and cancelling membership I didn't sign up for
I made a purchase in May 2025. I had a charge in June for their membershp which I disputed and I received half of it back and the membership was cancelled. I looked at my statements in December and found I had 1 charge on 11/28/25 and 3 additional charges in December. I never made a purchase or authorized these charges! I downloaded a year's worth of bank records to see if there were other charges I didn't notice. Nope. Only the ones in May and June and then again in Nov and Dec. I contacted the company via phone and insisted on a refund because I did not authorize a single charge let alone FOUR $40 charges in a short time period. After some back and forth and me threatening to dispute it with my bank, they granted it and sent me separate refund confirmation emails on 12/31. I followed up via email on 1/12/26 with no response. I tried calling a day or so laterand the call would not go through. I just called my bank to try to get resolution.
Fraudulent recurring charges

Each time I'm assured they have cancelled the recurring subscription and yet it never gets cancelled. They've been told they are fraudulent and then they hang up on me.

I ordered a bracelet from Getlilys, which I really liked. But I did not get it in a timely manner. Because of this I forgot to cancel my subscription with them. So I was consequently charged $29.99. So t
I then emailed them to cancel my subscription. They replied asking me to check out their shop online to see if I would like to order more. I emailed back No, just want to cancel. This went back and forth so I was then charged again for the next month. I wrote that I wanted to cancel everything with them. Again I received back stating I was a VIP and they wanted me to checkout the savings I could get on new orders. Went back and forth on canceling, to no response. Was then charged again. I was so upset emailed again telling them to cancel my subscription asap or I would call my lawyer and the BBB. I would also put it on social media about this. They responded that they would cancel it immediately.
Then 3 months later I get charged $39.99 on Dec 15 2025 and again charged $39.99 on Dec 17 2025. I then looked them up and found a phone number to call. I called on Dec 18 2025 and talked to a Hazel. I was very straightforward with her and demanded refunds of these charges. She kept telling me No they couldn’t. I asked to speak to her supervisor, she said there was not one available. I was really pissed and to her that what they were doing is fraud, by charge ig my account after I had cancelled it months ago. And I was going to call my lawyer and bank about it. Hazel finally said okay they will refund my money. Still waiting for those charges to be refunded and it is Jan 6 2025. Calling them today. Please people don’t buy from this company,,,,,,

I ordered a bracelet for $9.99 months ago. They set me up to buy stuff monthly that I was unaware of. They took money out of my checking and I contacted them. They apologized and cancelled the monthly subscription that I wasn't aware of. Just today my credit card company notified me of them trying to take $ from it. What a total SCAM of a company!!!!!

I wish I could give 0 stars or negative stars bc they don’t deserve even 1 star. They are a very deceptive company and do not make you aware that you are signing up for a subscription to their “vip” membership. First it was for a free bracelet just pay 9.99 shipping. Then they charged me a 29.99 membership fee. I called and went round and round with them until I was finally refunded my 29.99 (they originally said no refund then 50% refund and finally agreed with a 100% refund after I complained and demanded it). I canceled my subscription at this same time. This was May 2025. Lo and behold I wake up this morning with a 39.99 charge from them. What is this from? I called and they were very rude and said it was for my membership. I explained I canceled this in May after their deceptive scam like process for the “free” bracelet and they refused to transfer me to a supervisor and said it would be best if I just called back and spoke with a different person bc they were not helping me! I called back and they again tried to get me to keep the membership. I explained I canceled in May. They agreed to a 50% refund to which I declined and demanded a full 100% refund and to CANCEL my membership with them immediately and I never wanted to see another charge from them. I have posted on all my social medias, filed a fraud report with my bank, and am going to contact the BBB about this company. I do NOT recommend this company given their deceptive scam practices and rudeness of their representatives. I now have to go through the process of waiting for my money to be refunded then I’m canceling my card so they cannot try to charge me again 6 months from now about something I have now cancelled 2x and never signed up for to begin with. Be very wary of this company! They are deceptive and run a scam on people. Other reviews I have read have basically said the same as what happened to me. Cancel the membership you never signed up for and then you are still charged a few months later for the membership you never signed up for AND cancelled on top of that. Oh and the “free” bracelet you get and just pay shipping is a cheap pos that looks like it was made by a child or purchased at your local dollar store. Not even worth the 9.99 in shipping. I would highly suggest not doing business with this company and don’t even try for the “free” bracelet. It’s all just a big ol scam!
Don’t mess with getlilys.com or you will get screwed over and scammed
If I could give negative stars I would but apparently you have to give at least 1 star to be able to leave a comment. Getlilys.com is a FRAUD. My wife signed up for the 9.99 free bracelet deal and was never informed that it was a membership. When she tried to cancel it back in MAY she was told it was cancelled and refunded. Now here we are in NOVEMBER and had a mysterious charge for 39.99 appeared on our bank account from getlilys. Upon calling customer service, the person who identified themselves as “Crystal agent 154” was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional and unhelpful. When my wife asked to speak to a supervisor because she wouldn’t help, the woman refused to transfer her and told her that her only option was to “hang up and call back and talk to someone else“. She said that they couldn’t transfer calls or get supervisors or whatever and was totally unwilling to help. Finally, upon calling back, she talked to someone else who supposedly has refunded and canceled the membership. Considering that we were charged six months after this was supposed to have been canceled already I’m curious to see what happens with this going forward. I would 100% not recommend dealing with this “company” which is apparently nothing but a fraud and scam to try to sneak money out of your account without your authorization. If you want to get scammed and screwed over then by all means deal with this “company”. All they are is a bunch of scam artists and liars. They don’t want to help and they don’t wanna do what they say they’re going to do. They want to sneak charges into your bank account hopefully without you noticing so they can squeeze a few dollars out of whoever and then give you the runaround when you try to cancel or get a refund. 100% unsatisfied and 100% scam.

After much trouble and NOT signing up for a membership, I ended my unsatisfactory relationship with GetLilys. Now months later I see they have charged my account for $39.99 yet again pending today. Are you serious. THESE ARE EVIL, MONEY HUNGRY CROOKS.
Why can’t I rate a zero?
Why can’t I rate a zero?! I paid the $9.99 shipping in April to try the bracelet and they fraudulently signed me up for some recurring membership and started billing me $39.99. I sent a request to cancel, and instead of cancelling they sent an email explaining their VIP service. I’ve sent no less than 20 emails demanding they cancel and stop billing me and they’ll stop for awhile, then attempt to charge again. It’s November and after nothing for a few months, out of the blue they tried to charge again. They’re like a persistent FUNGUS! You can’t get rid of them. 😡 And ps, the original sample bracelet was a piece of crap.
DECEPTIVE AND NO CUST SVC
Purchase results in auto sign up of a monthly subscription. Nothing on the order form to indicate this. Never received any communication that this happened or how to cancel. I was charged 5 months after my purchase and called to find out why and was told it was the subscription. Asked to speak to supervisor to get refund was told they cannot transfer calls. Asked them to walk to an office or desk and get a person to speak with me and was told they don't do that. Employee was rude and kept talking over me saying I received benefit. When I asked what benefit they had no answer. Very deceptive, rude and terrible customer service.
HORRIBLE
I have been emailing to cancel this subscription and requesting a refund since July! I was NOT aware it was a monthly fee. The customer service replied & assured me it was cancelled. But I have been charged two more times!!!! They asked me to send screen shots of the charges & I did. Still no response or refund!

Title: Fraudulent Charges and Unresponsive Customer Service – Avoid Getlilys
I am extremely disappointed with Getlilys due to their deceptive billing practices and complete lack of accountability. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, including a formal demand letter, the company has failed to respond or issue a refund for unauthorized charges totaling $130.00.
Here’s a breakdown of the fraudulent activity:
Initial Order: $9.99 (May 19, 2025)
Unauthorized VIP Charges:
$29.99 (May 25, 2025)
$29.99 (June 23, 2025)
$29.99 (July 24, 2025)
$39.99 (August 20, 2025 – escalated without consent)
These charges were made without my knowledge or approval. The company’s justification, sent via email on August 22, 2025, was not only unacceptable but further proof of a predatory enrollment scheme. Their claim of “clear notice” is invalid under federal consumer protection laws, especially when consent is allegedly obtained via hidden or pre-checked boxes.
I never used the so-called “VIP member area,” and their offer to “continue exploring the membership” is insulting and evasive. This is not a subscription error—it’s a deliberate strategy to exploit customers.
To date, Getlilys has failed to:
Refund the $130.00 in unauthorized charges
Cancel the fraudulent VIP membership
Provide any meaningful resolution
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will proceed with:
Filing a chargeback with my bank
Submitting formal complaints to the FTC and CFPB
Sharing this experience publicly to warn others
Consumers beware: Getlilys engages in deceptive billing and refuses to take responsibility. I strongly advise against doing business with this company.

I ordered the bracelet because I thought it was cute. It looked like something a child would wear. It looked cheap. I did not see any disclosure about a VIP membership. I was never made aware it was a membership until they attempted to take $29.99 out of my account. Luckily, my bank stopped it. My debit card was cancelled & they did the same thing the next month. My bank again stopped it & cancelled my card. I have spoken to my bank & told them not to let any of these charges go through. I wasn’t even aware it was a membership until I spoke with my bank & then I went to their web site & cancelled the membership that I was unaware of. I have told them 3 times to cancel this membership. This company is a scam. If there is a disclosure at checkout it is so small no one could read it. I will never purchase anything else from them. Stay away from this company at all cost.

Just like the other reviews, I was scammed out of $29.99 for a VIP membership that was NOT disclosed at checkout. Reading the reviews here, now I am thinking I will need to reach out to my bank to dispute or block further charges.

An additional charge of $29.99 was was automatically withdrawn in addition to the $9.99 shipping fee. I was told it was for a membership fee which would be monthly. Customer service says they cancelled but the initial fee cannot be refunded. I do not see a disclosure of the membership fee.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. This company advertises their bracelets in my case that's what I bought. They raved about their product being extraordinary and how each stone was placed perfectly and I sent my $9.99 in and I waited several weeks until it finally came. In the meantime my online banking had a $29.99 charge from then in addition to the $9.99 making this bracelet a few penny's shy of $40.00. When I called and questioned them about it they told me that I had signed up for a VIP membership which I wholeheartedly do not recall. In addition the membership fee as they explained was going to be another $29.99 per month in order to get their product for $9.99. Whether it was a very fine print or not mentioned I do not know but I do believe I was scammed by them and I asked for a cancellation of that membership which they said they did and I wanted that money back. They refused to returned my supposed VIP membership fee. So I just wanted to say beware buyer beware because these people are scammers and when I finally got the bracelet several weeks later it was not attractive at all. I still wish to have my money refunded ascIbwoukd most gladly return their very inexpensive looking product. I do not intend to wear it because personally it's not my to my liking.

My advice is to NEVER have anything to do with this company. Like several other reviewers I got caught up in their VIP membership bullsh**. I notified them immediately after I saw the unexpected charge of $29.95 & they explained their lost leader gimmick of $9.99 for a bracelet. I wasn't interested in a monthly membership & wanted my "membership" cancelled immediately. Well, 30 days later I was again charged $29.95. It took 5 emails until I finally received
notification that they successfully cancelled my membership & I would not be charged again in the future but they refused to reimburse the second $29.95 charge. These communications took place May-June 2025
This company is absolute scam
This company is absolute scam! I got charged $9.99 for a bracelet that came straight from China, certainly not made here in the US! The packaging clearly showed that. It's absolute junk and then four days later they charged me $29.99 for a subscription I never signed up for! Now I'm gonna have to cancel my credit card! Beware of this scam company!
