Very happy with my new Longines Conquest 38. There was a small delay from the manufacturer, no fault of Watch Philosophy, and Maxim kept me updated throughout the process. I was able to pick the watch up from Dan straight away after they received the watch. It came with full AD box & documents untouched by WP. Will definitely consider them for my next watch purchase. Terrible. Absolutely abysmal customer care. Complete lack of communication. No updates even when requested. Deposit payed and almost 3 months after still no watch or any idea of the ETA. Truly disappointing.

A nightmare, awful customer service. Took forever for a wedding gift and still got nothing. Took forever to cancel the order as the wedding has happened already. Honestly the whole company is odd, feels like they deal with illegal stuff.

Just purchased a silver dial Aqua Terra. I paid considerably under mrsp so I'm very happy. Delivery took a little longer than I expected but I have found out my model is in high demand at the moment so I can forgive them that. My initial concern was that it was a deal too good to be true but they are a safe company to deal with. Relax ...it's all fine. Would I recommend them? Absolutely. If I were to buy another watch I would look firstly to Watch Philosophy. I doubt that you can do better.

Bought a Omega Seamaster for my sons 21st and Dan and all the team at Watch Philosophy were brilliant and managed to get it delivered to me in time for his birthday celebrations. A great watch at a great price. Well Done,I will certainly buy again.

It has been an awful experience with this company. I have enquired about a watch and had to wait weeks for a reply from WhatsApp. I’ve emailed, and there was not a single reply. Had one WhatsApp conversation with someone named Tim, then someone named Maxim which I honestly believe is the same person. After buying the watch comes delivery which was another nightmare. He ghosted me for over a month and finally I’ve regretted why I bought the watch in the first place. A disgrace and honestly very shady business.

…great price and service. I was looking for a limited availability Hublot that Watches of Switzerland was unable to source direct. WP showed availability and was able to deliver in 3 days. I was also able to validate via Chrono24, and arranged to collect so I could check the watch before making full payment.

This is edited with no pressure from WP following the resolution of a long standing issue. They conceded that communication was lacking and apologised on a number of occasions. More importantly Tim has resolved the issue. Subsequently I think it’s only right to give a more favourable review as it was a good initial experience and price for my watch.

My first Chrono24 purchase, was of my new Aqua Terra 38mm. Watch Philosophy did very well with preparing and shipping my order very securely. All contents were completely unblemished and fully as expected. I would highly recommend Watch Philosophy as a seller.

I spent mths researching the model watch I’d wanted. It was easy to communicate with the watch philosophy, Dan was so helpful with my many questions, when I did go ahead the money is not transferred until the watch is received, it’s very secure and it saved me £1,100 on the high street cost. Am thrilled with my purchase and the service, completely recommend.

I was very nervous that I was buying from an online only store, especially for something of such a large value. I was also worried that it wouldn't be recognised by Breitling and be a grey market item.
But the item was purchased by them from Breitling, the registration with Breitling went smoothly and most importantly I got the watch I wanted brand new for around 20% off the RRP, BRILLIANT!
