My first Chrono24 purchase, was of my new Aqua Terra 38mm. Watch Philosophy did very well with preparing and shipping my order very securely. All contents were completely unblemished and fully as expected. I would highly recommend Watch Philosophy as a seller.

I spent mths researching the model watch I’d wanted. It was easy to communicate with the watch philosophy, Dan was so helpful with my many questions, when I did go ahead the money is not transferred until the watch is received, it’s very secure and it saved me £1,100 on the high street cost. Am thrilled with my purchase and the service, completely recommend.

I was very nervous that I was buying from an online only store, especially for something of such a large value. I was also worried that it wouldn't be recognised by Breitling and be a grey market item.
But the item was purchased by them from Breitling, the registration with Breitling went smoothly and most importantly I got the watch I wanted brand new for around 20% off the RRP, BRILLIANT!

Paid a deposit in early March for a watch, not heard anything back since, no replies to telephone messages or emails.

Trying to buy a watch is impossible. Tried to buy a watch sou i send the money, they had a problem with their bank without explanation (they send me my money back) since then no answer. The whatsapp number doesn't exist and they don't respond on instagram

Sent a deposit (Bank transfer) for a Hublot for wedding anniversary that was supposed to arrive in 2-3 weeks; did not arrive in time and at 5 weeks still waiting. Then on vacation 2 weeks; since returning 1 month ago, telephone calls not answered, no replies to voicemail, text or email. So still awaiting return of £1,500 deposit and will have to take legal route due to complete lack of communication. Very poor service and unnecessary behaviour.

Found the exact watch I was looking for. Unbelievably easy process to purchase. Great company to deal with and service second to none. Regular communication during the process and rapid response to any questions I had. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

I am over the moon with the watch, it is a gift for my husband to be on our wedding day. The watch is stunning! The purchase could not have been easier, Maxim kept me up to date throughout the process and helped me with all the questions I had (and I had a lot of questions, haha!)
The price of the watch was unbeatable!
Delivery was VERY quick. Expecting to wait 3 weeks, which would have been absolutely fine, but it arrived one week after purchase!

I ordered a watch from this company. Communication was great, price - best on the market and delivery was reasonably quick. Maxim was fantastic from the beginning to the end.

They team did exactly what they said they would, within the time frames provided at thr outset. All went very smoothly and as agreed. Sarah provided clear communication on progress. From order to delivery 19 days for a watch that was not in stock.

The watch which I ordered was difficult to obtain. However, when it became available it was shipped to arrive exactly when I was available to receive it. The price was competitive and communication was fine.
I would use this dealer again.

Great experience with Maxim and Watch Philosophy. All well explained and order received in advanced, well packed and stickered. Very happy with my purchase.

The dealers- Maxim and Tim are very polite, and everything looks and sounds very professional, but based on my recent experience I really doubt their watches are as genuine as they claim.

Communication and customer service are non-existent. None of the phones on the website work. Emails are ignored for days.

Ordered an Omega watch in Sept'23, and waited for 9 weeks to be told that there could be further delays due to 'production issues' that Omega is facing. Apparently, Omega are missing several components for the watch. Sounds weird, doesn't it???
This is after all my emails were ignored and eventually managed to chat to Tim via Facebook. Yes, Facebook is your best chance to get hold of these people.
After I became really suspicious, based on Tim's explanation, I contacted Omega and was told there is no such an issue. Omega representative emailed me and then they even called me to find out about my issue. Omega advised that the watch I was after is one of their core models, with no issues with supply and demand. I was also advised by Omega that they would never tell a dealer they have 'production issues'. I was advised WP is not an authorised Omega dealer. Thankfully WP returned my deposit after 9 weeks wasted, waiting for watch that would most probably been second hand, refurbished or replica. This was also what Omega suggested.
Be very careful!!!

When buying an expensive watch online, you need to trust the seller and I can really recommend Watch Philosophy!!!!!

I ordered a Breitling Navitimer Chronograph 43 from Watch Philosophy. Initial concern was dealing remotely however after reading previous reviews and during discussions with Maxim, all concerns were addressed. The watch was immaculate, in full packaging, box, and all associated paperwork.
As others have mentioned, communication can sometimes be delayed but never an issue.
Would recommend Watch Philosophy without hesitation. Unmatched prices and the delivered product was exactly as you would expect as per manufacturer's website,

Bought the Bell&Ross special commemorative Patrouille de France (70years) watch via Watch Philosophy. Great price and they sourced it direct from the source. Made a downpayment and picked it up. Very good service. Highly recommended.
