I attended an appointment at Watches of Mayfair to discuss an Omega and Glashutte watch options. It was a very positive and helpful meeting. I bought one item and will be buying the other once a strap variation has been sorted.

Matt was great to deal with. Gave me a great deal and his communication was very good. Unfortunately it did take a bit longer to receive than expected. But was worth the wait.

I have bought several watches from WoM. This watch, a MIDO is not an easy piece to find in the Uk. The staff at the shop are knowledgeable and very accommodating. The shop is rather unusual as no watches are on display. However, they are always happy to show you what you would like to see. If you know the watch you want contact for a price. Rather than buying from the main dealers, you can get at better price, they may have to order it in but I saved nearly £1000.00 on the RRP of an Omega speed master. As a watch enthusiast I with be calling in again soon to collect my next order. Matthew, the shop manager is a very helpful and approachable guy.

After a long search & trying various watches I purchased an Omega Moon Watch, sadly on receipt the quality wasn’t what it should be, some sharp edges on the case and bracelet so not the most comfortable to wear, although it does look great. I have now found online reviews reflecting this & speculation that Omega has more recently been outsourcing parts to the far east.
I notified WoM customer service but there was no response.

My experience with Watches of Mayfair has been absolutely flawless from start to finish. I found a very rare, New Old Stock Grand Seiko limited edition in their inventory and contacted them directly. The purchasing process was incredibly smooth, and the communication was excellent.

When the watch arrived in Spain, the timepiece itself was in perfect condition. However, I noticed it was missing the original special edition inner cushion and a small half-link for the bracelet. I reached out to their team (specifically Matt), and their response was simply world-class.
