Every part of the installation was seamless
Every part of the installation was seamless. My only issue is that the Tempo thermostat does not have a back light. It's installed in a cupboard and setting it using a torch distracts from the overall value and quality of the product.

Rude technical staff member who just talked over me the whole time. Clearly doesn't understand how wifi works and that having a dedicated 2.4Ghz network is sufficient and the need to completely disable 5Ghz is not required.

I still can’t set the floor temperature to a fixed 20C day and night, year round.

At this time of year most floors will likely be above 20 degrees with no heating on at all so this should be taken into account.
If the target is 20 degrees the heating will only come on if the floor dips below this.
The thermostat will always display the current temperature. Today for example when it is very warm your thermostat will likely show a temperature higher than 20 degrees but the heating is not on.
Please call our 24 hour line on - 0345 345 2288 if need assistance with setting your unit.
