Marcos at Warmup sorted everything for me, it was all so easy. He was very quick to respond to my emails and sorted out what I needed quickly at the same time sorting out a local supplier near me to receive the goods. Unfortunately part of the shipment went missing with the courier but this was quickly replaced and was not the fault of Warmup. I would certainly recommend getting in touch with Marcos for your underfloor heating requirements.

My bathroom installer installed a Warmup 6iE Wi-Fi thermostat underfloor heating system, but didn't set it up with me because I was on holiday. I was struggling with pairing the controller with my mobile app and decided to contact Customer Support via Chat. Anton connected very quickly and ran through a number of issue-qualification questions; within a few moments, he gauged that I was struggling and suggested he call me. Within 5 min I was up and running, with tips, tricks and recommendations on how to set it up and minimise the cost of use. He was a great listener, patient, extremely knowledgeable and professional. Perfect. Just the level of service you hope for, but seldom receive. Oustanding! 10/10

I used the measure service to ensure I had the correct size mat. I had a response within 24 hours which impressed me. Great service from Marcos with followup message to make sure I was happy with the quote and to ensure I didn't have any more questions. Every part of the installation was seamless. My only issue is that the Tempo thermostat does not have a back light. It's installed in a cupboard and setting it using a torch distracts from the overall value and quality of the product.

Rude technical staff member who just talked over me the whole time. Clearly doesn't understand how wifi works and that having a dedicated 2.4Ghz network is sufficient and the need to completely disable 5Ghz is not required.
