I almost made a mistake !
Thank you to those of you who highlighted the issues about the hassle and cost of returns to the USA.
Your reviews have ensured I didn’t make an expensive mistake by purchasing from this company.
The answers to reviews from’Walk on beach’ don’t even address the problems and some of the 5* reviews look like absolute bullshine from scammers.

Items were poor quality and bizarre sizing - complete con to try and return as they are based in USA and customer has to pay to return (which I did) I sent them the proof of postage and then never received a refund. Money down the drain.

Returns policy not what you might expect
I ordered swimsuits from the co.uk site of this company, and received them sent from a UK address. When I enquired about returning two of them, I was told they had to be returned within 30 days to the USA for a refund (presumably by air mail, likely cost well in excess of £20). I replied that this requirement appeared to me to be in breach of UK consumer law. 26 days later still waiting for a reply.

I'm so happy I found this swimsuit! It's really flattering and the medium is perfect for my 125 lb frame. I'm older now so I like the boy shorts - they're more flattering! Great quality too.

So annoyed with myself that I didn't check this company out on here before buying.
Ordered 2 tankinis in 2 sizes so obviously ended up with 4 that weren't suitable.
After many ridiculous emails back & forth from them I have now accepted a 70% refund & to keep the goods.
I'm just praying I get the refund as promised.
I find it incredible that this day & age a company wether in this country or elsewhere can treat customers like this.

AVOID
AVOID! Awful company. Would give zero stars as well, but not an option. This company are awful and have caused my mum a lot if stress, she ordered 3 swimsuits, she decided to keep one (even though it didn't fit great and would need taking in) and wanted to send the other 2 back. After a few emails the company persuaded her to keep them all and they would refund her 50% they told her this could take 60 days, after 60 days there was nothing and then they said it would be another 15 - 30 days! It's been months and still no refund yet! Appalling!

This is no Walk on the Beach
Bought 3 tankinis which on arrival are not attractive on. Requested refund & offered 30% but also keep tankinis. They advised me they are a US based company & postage would need to be covered if returning by myself. Asked for full refund as I won’t wear them. Now been offered 50% refund & keep them. Will I eventually be offered full refund to keep them. I stupidly thought it was a UK based company, should have checked reviews first.

Buy your swimwear elsewhere
Bought a tankini with a hole in the waistband and a hygiene strip that looked as if it had been removed and put back in wrong place. I asked for a refund but their response was to offer to take off a few pounds so I could find a tailor to fix the problem. I said no so they offered to send another pair of shorts. I accepted this as I felt it was going to be a problem getting a full refund. So, I tried out the tankini at the pool but the top was the problem this time. The padded cups are just loosely placed within the lining so don’t stay in position, instead they ride up to my collar bones. I needed to constantly adjust the top.
Poorly fitting, badly made, customer service avoiding refunds. Buy your swimwear elsewhere!

I would have put zero stars but it isn’t an option!! I ordered a swim suit, the zip is inserted poorly and at an angle catching the fabric…. So unsurprisingly it looks a mess. Can I get a refund NO!! I’ve been asked for photos, a video then more photos. All clearly show the problem but the company are not responding. Just wish if visited Trustpilot before I bought from this company!!

SCAMMERS!
SCAMMERS!! they give the impression that they are a legit UK website but it soon becomes clear that this is not the case. They took my money but never delivered the order as promised. They repeatedly used delay tactics to try to pretend they were going to deliver. I ended up getting my credit card company to refund my money. WARNING! Do not use this company. Wish I had read the review before putting in my order.

Beware your blood pressure and sanity
I was stuck with five spare swimsuits after I re ordered thinking the first order hasn’t come through then they all turned up ! Like others the returns process is non existent and communication painful. Only positives are the swimsuits I kept were good quality well stitched and nice material .. and I flogged the rest of them on VINTED after giving up the ghost at a torturous process and 70% refund. Also trading under SEAFANCY. ……

I ordered 3 bikinis and a beach dress. I tried all on but needed to return the dress as the material wasn't nice and didn't fit. I decided to keep just one of the bikinis as the other w were to big.
I was was then emailed by the company saying all they might offer is a 30% refund and they wanted photos of the items to be returned, which I have now sent. I will let you know there response

Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Nowhere on the website is it made clear that returns need to be sent to the US. I’m now £35 out of pocket (I was offered £15 compensation), and the reluctant owner of two swimsuits that do not fit. If you live outside the US and think you might want to return your purchase DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Despite the goods coming from a UK warehouse, they insist returns are made to the USA, at the customer's cost. They then offer you 30% refund to keep the product. Absolute charlatans. I managed to get a 70% refund out of them, but the whole process was tortuous. To repeat - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
