Sent my parcel back via the return label that I received with my order, they are now saying the returns label was incorrect and will only offer me 25% refund………DO NOT BUY from this supplier……terrible customer service ……..plus more importantly product quality was terrible and not worth the money, shocking experience completely

Gave 1 star as zero not available. Bought 2 pairs of shorts from this company and when they arrived (direct from China), looked nothing like as advertised on the website. Very poor quality and fit was nowhere near correct. Reached out to customer service to return and the AI response after a couple of requests offered me a 10% voucher, then a 20% voucher and finally a 50% refund. When I declined and insisted on a full refund I was sent a return address but the cost of the return and any duty oweing would have to be paid by myself, making the return not worth it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY PRODUCE INFERIOR QUALITY ITEMS AND YOU CANT GET YOUR MONEY BACK

Awful clothing. Quality appalling nothing like photos. Probably worth £5 at best and paid £30. Wish I’d read trust pilot first. Avoid like the plague, I think these items are just directly shipped from a cheap Chinese manufacturer.

Ordered a jacket and using their size chart chose Large, item arrived and way too small, so emailed them 6 times now and no response about a refund. Their website has an address in Holland ( no returns ) and so how are you meant to return anything. God awful company and avoid.

Awful product, nothing close to advertised. The AI responses will then make it virtually impossible to return the product so they can keep your money! advertise as a uk company but have to ship back to CHINA which delays your 30 day refund policy (which will will also be at your cost) wont supply a return address after requesting 5 times, wont pick up the phone to you either.

Awful awful site. Clothes came and looked absolutely nothing like the pictures, the quality of the material was utter cheap sh*te. Not even to mention the sizing was horrendous size S would’ve maybe fit a small child! Pisstake of a company. I have emailed them about getting a refund and 2 days later still nothing. Avoid.

Ordered a short sleeve knitted shirt the shirt is fine but the delivery time is awfull to say its a supposedly a european based company and the shipping insurance is a con but you can opt out if you want i didn't see that option when i ordered

Do not use this company. Ordered a pair of shorts. Size was way to small. They'd cut out the size label and wash directions. They refused to pay return postage back to china. Though the site appeared to be in Holland. Offered me 10% back to keep item. I reluctantly accepted 25% as I couldn't be bothered with hassle. Even though I'll throw shorts in the bin.
Disgraceful deceptive company with products you could buy on temu for fraction of price. Don't be fooled by slick photos on website.

Wish I'd seen these reviews before. Still waiting for a shirt I ordered 22 days ago.

Shockingly poor quality. The item bared very little resemblance to what was advertised. Different colour, different material and as for the fit? OMG! I can only assume they came out of a sweat shop and whoever made them must have been on crack! And then there’s the next challenge of returning items and getting your money back. They’ll be expecting you to get in touch because they know you won’t be happy with what you’ve received. But the chances of you receiving a full refund without being out of pocket is zero (there’s shipping costs and taxes to send the crap back to China). If you’re prepared to persevere you may end up with a 50% refund. But it will take you weeks of negotiation with every acknowledging email from them thanking you for “reaching out”. Just don’t deal with these people in the first place, it’s clearly some kind of scam set up.

I only gave one star as there's no option for zero. Item took 2 weeks to arrive from China, is nothing like the photo (different fabric, poor quality) and when I complained I was offered a 25% refund or a possible full refund if I return it to China at my own expense! I said I want a full refund with no cost return and haven't heard anything since unsurprisingly.

To update the above, I emailed them as requested and received this reply on 05.09.26:
'....To make this completely right for you, we are more than happy to issue a 100% full refund back to your original payment method.

Our only request is for you to kindly update your survey rating (or remove the review) to reflect this resolution, then send us a quick screenshot in your reply. As soon as we receive your confirmation, I will process your full refund right away.

Please don't worry—you remain in full control of your ratings and reviews at all times, and you can switch them back if we fail to honor our promise.'
I replied that I'll update my review when I receive the refund so watch this space...

To update, it's now 21st September and I've had no response, do not buy from them!

Absolute con, waited for 10 days for delivery and the product was utter rubbish, do not be fooled. Office is in Holland and pretty sure they originate from China. Save your money, I'm throwing them straight into the bin, not good enough to send to a charity shop, it would be an insult.

Fantastic customer service! I needed to return an item as it wasn’t suitable. The experience I received from Victoria on the customer care team was faultless.

Minimal delay in responding to my e-mail and regular updates on what was going on. I couldn’t have asked for more. Thankyou. I would recommend Hartley and York and will look to use them again in the future.

Poor quality merchandise, sent wrong size as well. Refuse to give a full refund, offered 10% voucher and a further voucher for 20% on next purchase. Certainly not using again so reported to Bank as scammers.

I do not think my review was allowed so all I will now say is that I agree with all the posts here that gave one star. Avoid.

Very Much Presented as a UK / European brand (their products are sent direct from China) as in my case, items can be substituted, what arrived was cheap rubbish; different in both colour and design. Customer Service is AI generated and wholly frustrating. Returns to China at purchasers expense, not explained on their website. After four emails to them, they ONLY responded after seeing I had left them a poor review on Trustpilot, offering a full refund if I will update my review to reflect this.Very poor practices indeed.

All the reviews here are true. The company operates like this, poor quality goods and my in my case wrong size. Say wrong size is not grounds for them paying for return postage. Fight back! Challenge the company through your bank and credit card company. If enough people complain then an investigation will be triggered and if found true credit cards will boycott them! Dont put up with this!

HOW THIS SCAM WORKS. Dissatisfied with substandard poor-quality item which does not resemble the advertised product shown in a particular photo. You email the company requesting a refund, for which you will receive a response starting with "Thank you for reaching out, and I'm truly sorry to hear that the...." and will be given 2 option. Option 1 is return goods at your expense & it is expensive and when you do, the company will deny the goods have been received by them and no refund is given. Option 2 is basically a measly 15% discount and told to keep the product.
The company’s modus operandi is that once you receive the substandard poor-quality item(s) and contact them for a refund is to keep you in a perpetual loop of “sympathetic responses” giving various deflective excuses until you eventually give up trying for a refund. This hustle is taken from the Arthur Daley book for schemers. UPDATED after the latest email offer, now they want to give us 100% credit note to buy another item from them, why would i want anything else they have to offer??? YET still no sign of a return item address for the original refund, having asked them 3 times now

This company are scammers, they sell products that aren’t as advertised. Reviews on their website are forged, do NOT buy from them whatsoever. I will be requesting a full refund
