I wouldn’t even give these scammers 1 star I ordered a jacket £90 and they send me some tacky cardigan daylight robbery really these sorts of companies should be tracked down and closed scamming pricks have had no refund or contact despite emailing and messaging god knows how many times

In common with many reviews here, I was fooled by a good advert and believable website. I wish I’d visited trustpilot before buying. They did actually deliver the types of clothes I ordered hence I didn’t give them 1 star, but the quality is poor - no labels, cheap materials and certainly not worth the money paid for 3 items which was £150. Clearly a scam with fake customer service emails too - avoid. Haven’t even bothered trying for a refund given the reviews, seems a pointless waste of time.

Bought green leather jacket, leather is very thin but still a nice, soft even finish, there are no inside pockets which is a must so really poor and the 2 chest ones are dummy pockets, another big disappointment, also the zips don’t seem very good quality, the £65 half price deal makes the purchase ok but would not be happy if paid any more for it.

I ordered a sweater that was a totally different colour when it arrived and the material was different than the website photo !! I have now emailed the company over x 10 times still no response whatsoever. The customer service is non existent and as of today I have still not received a reply about how to return the item to them. I would advise anyone not to use this company as it’s all from overseas and poor quality.

Weeks to arrive and cheap looking product. They also deliberately sent one size bigger so Sandal are huge as I had already sized up. Wrong size product took 3 weeks to arrive. A month later I’m still trying to get a refund. Customer service takes typically two weeks to respond to emails. Keep refusing refund but offered to discount the incorrect product sent. Evasive. I have had to raise credit card dispute asI don’t require sandals in October but would have been nice to receive in August when ordered. AVOID THIS COMPANY

You do not get the item advertised, it is a poor quality item that is sent from China. To get a refund they ask that you send it back to China and pay the carriage back to China and pay more to receive whatthey say will be the correct item.

Fraudulent business, do not shop there.

Items take multiple weeks to ship, are really low quality and smell strongly of chemicals. When you attempt to return, you notice that you need to ship items back to china which is obviously more expensive than the item itself. I consider this to be fraudulent.

Impossible to return item. They require you to return to China which is very expensive (around 30 pounds for a jumper) and likely to get lost anyway. They have been just emailing me with crap partial return offers

This is not a genuine retailer and ships rubbish quality garments which have no resemblance to what you think you’ve ordered. No refunds, don’t reply to messages. It’s a scam website, you have been warned!!!!

AVOID. They kept emailing for 2 weeks saying the package is on the way but with no sign of the package or any clear tracking. I emailed to cancel the order and request a refund as it hadn’t been delivered 2 weeks later. The ignored my email. I ended up having to request the refund via my bank.

I ordered from Richard and Clark, within a few minutes read the reviews and wrote an email within the hour to cancel the order and not to be charged. Neither took place, I was charged and no response to my emails.

Screwed me out of $200. Cheap fabric, horrible sizing, zero communication once I started a return.

100% a scam, DO NOT BUY!!

I ordered a jumper from them. The material is very cheap and there are pulls on the knitting. I ordered a green jumper and a brown one has arrived. I have tried to contact them but had no response, after four days. Any suggestions. Unfortunately the front labelling was ruined in travel.

I ordered a beige linen shirt on 01/09/26, which was eventually delivered on 18/09/26. The shirt looks nothing like the shirt on the website as it’s yellow, not made of linen and doesn’t even have labels in it… Frankly it looks like it was made in a sweatshop. AVOID THIS WEBSITE, it’s a SCAM AND THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT GENUINE. You’ve been warned!

Only getting one star because I cannot give no stars. Ordered 2 sets of clogs waited a lifetime for them to come customer service was very slow with reply’s, once they actually arrived I realised they where cheap bad quality made in china, I then wanted to return both sets and realised the return address was in china and the return costs where my responsibility which was counter productive as I got a quote for returning them at over £20. Avoid at all cost scammers claiming to be a uk company but using cheap apps to order items and then post them to you at an inflated price

PLEASE AVOID!!! I just bought some shoes from here. They took over two weeks to arrive, they were nothing like what I ordered. The colour was wrong and they didn’t look anything like the photos. The sizing was awful. It was about 3 sizes too small too. Please please avoid. They’re shipped straight from China

I bought 3 “linen” shirts and received 3 cheap material shirts. The articles received look nothing like those on the Website. I’m truly disappointed I didn’t do a more extensive research before I purchased the shirts from this company. I’m trying to get refunded.

Worst quality i have ever seen and the design is not even the the same as the one on the website, the name is misleading i was so surprised to find out the shipment is from China and it took 1 full month to be delivered.

The worst company I have ever dealt with i have been waiting over 3 weeks fir a delivery for a delivery that days 3-5 days. When a track it says being processed but getting no communication back from company regarding cancelling order and refunding total joke of a company AVOID!!!
