I started to use this company to quit vaping and after I quit I unsubscribed from there emails but they still constantly send me back to back email. They don’t want to help you quit they just want your money. So just remember if you do order from the your email will forever get spammed by them.

Kundenservice??? Falsch gedacht. Hatte mit dem Kundenservice Kontakt, da ich von dem 30tägigen Zufriedenheits-Rückgaberecht gebrauch machen wollte. Generierte E-Mails als Antwort ohne Bezug auf vorher geschilderte Umstände. Nicht gerade zufriedenstellend und keine Lösung !!!

Very Hit & Miss!
I've used Vuse twice. The 1st time, everything went swimmingly. The 2nd order was not sent out on time (should have been same day dispatch) and I ordered it around 8am on a Wednesday. It went out the following day, meaning Evri (yeah, I know!) didn't receive it until Friday morning. It's finally reached the local depot on Saturday but they're not delivering which means I won't get my order until next week now.
They claim same day dispatch. They don't.
They claim 2 day standard delivery. They don't.
When I spoke to CS they did admit that it hadn't gone as quickly as it should have, but didn't admit liability in the fact that it wasn't dispatched on time like they promise.
The person who I spoke to has offered to send out a complimentary pod pack which is appreciated, but I'm still now having to purchase more later today as I won't get my order, nor the comp pods until next week.
And therein lies the problem... what is the point or use in using Vuse to order directly from their website? I haven't bothered with a subscription yet as I wanted to see how things went and this now confirms I've done the right thing. It's just not WORTH the hassle if something goes wrong.
I'm not ordering for the sake of ordering, nor am I hoarding thousands of packs like I've been shopping at Costco. I order when I know I'll need them. Sadly on this occasion, they've fallen flat and it's going to take the best part of a week to receive my order.
Vuse - you MUST do better. It was ordered around 8am. You had a full day to get my order out. When I ran stores as a store manager arranging deliveries, they were immediately worked on and not once was an order held for longer than 2 hrs.

Great customer service
I recently had an issue with a Vuse order that didn’t arrive because the delivery driver dropped it off at the wrong address. I reached out to Vuse customer support, and I was genuinely impressed with how helpful and understanding they were. They quickly looked into the problem and offered to send me a replacement order with next-day delivery at no extra cost.
The whole situation was resolved smoothly and professionally, and their friendly support team really made a frustrating experience much better. Great customer service—thank you, Vuse! Definitely will order again.

Waste of time
Absolutely useless and non functional customer care. I have been with Vuse for 2 years now and faced issue with my card and when repeatedly I removed and added 3 different card details, it kept saying order failed. The solution give to me is cancel the subscription and restart, no option to cancel the subscription is available. Order number: 45000791366
