I re-visited Vodafone Bournemouth…
I re-visited Vodafone Bournemouth branch, luckily the satff Amy helped me again. It was impressive about her flexive and thoughtful service. My husband and I were ready to leave the branch as we didn't accept the initial deal. Amy was patient and compassionate to help us find the second deal, she offered us choices and asked appropriate questions without pushing selling. She said to me that she loved her job.

I went to this store enquiring about a new phone on contract and was served very quickly and professionally by Amy - she explained everything so clearly and I felt very well looked after. excellent service from this young lady and I am very happy with my new phone and contract. highly recommend this store and Amy in particular to help you make the right choice for your next phone! five stars

The outsourced installers should be revirewed
I upgraded my broadband in September to full fibre, I was instantly emailed date for installation from city fibre this was a two month wait. I was phone seven days before installation by cityfibre, who are the outsourced engineers, to cancel my appointment due to engineers reporting more work needed at my building, I instantly phoned Vodafone. Spoke to Tara, a lovely helpful young lady, she understood my frustration and instantly phone city fibre, who then agreed that the installation would go ahead on the same day as previously booked. All the usual texts and emails to confirm, even on the day of installation I had text and email at 10 am in the morning to remind me, then at 11:30 text to say installation cancelled due to network error. I then phone Vodafone again they contacted city fibre and we told engineering problem. I do agree with other reviews that the Customer Care team are very, very polite and help as much as possible. My gripe with Vodafone is that they should get a more reliable outsourced installation company, as I will never recommend Vodafone after all this frustration. The fact that neither Vodafone or city fibre can give me another installation date with no true reason as to why my installation was cancelled..

Very disappointing
My wife and I visited the Vodafone store in Bournemouth city centre for a simple request. After some time, Amie came to assist us, but she spoke to us in a rude manner. At one point, during heavy rain, she sent me back home to bring my bank card. After that, she said that due to our address change, she couldn’t do anything and that my wife would be left without a SIM card for 24 hours. She also said my wife must come back in person tomorrow to get a new SIM card, even though my wife has to work and cannot do that. In the end, she rudely said there was nothing she could do for us. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with Vodafone’s service and will definitely switch to EE.
