Good service used them for many years
Good service used them for many years. Wish delivery was cheaper, you can spend £500 and still get charged for delivery. Maybe charge a yearly delivery fee instead

Absolute joke of a service
Absolute joke of a service! Paid for next day delivery and it's been 9 days now and I still haven't received my items. According to their chat service - which is pretty much their only contact method - I could wait up to 28 days for my items to arrive due to an investigation having to be carried out between the supplier and the courier. Definitely would not recommend this company or DPD to anyone purely based on their lack of customer service and interest in the customers needs!

Ordered 3 t shirts in the sale
Ordered 3 t shirts in the sale , only 1 in package that had been carefully tampered with. Only contact I get from van mildert is when I contact them.
Pleased they where in the sale and not expensive items that the DPD driver has gifted himself.
Buy from actual shops to avoid this
