Dish technician was very helpful, efficient and gave us some helpful information. We love our dish channel line up! Could not get this type of channel line up with any other company.

I would offer the technical experience to all!

It took a while to get used to all the different functions of what the service is all about, but we are figuring it out ok and are surprised about all Dish can do.

I called to Inquire. Once I made my decision to switch they were here that day. I have called as couple times to ask questions. They have been able to address my concerns right on the phone. So far great experience.

We have had dish for awhile in our home in Utah, but we finally decided to get rid of our awful cable and have dish installed in our Idaho home. We absolutely love it. Channels are so much higher quality. The price wasn't much more, but so worth the quality. So glad we made the switch!

I wish before i placed my order that things would have been explained better now im stuck in a contract where i have to talk to my lawyers about very upset......

Service ok, just had trouble with Netflix. I didn't need a smart TV.

I loved the customer services that was given, however my channel line up is a bit scrambled (a previous Comcast client). There is always a delay on the "On Demand" option. The search is very limited, so you're left scrolling through hundreds of movies (all with a delay in scrolling).

Just dumped Direct Tv. Your installer was terrific. Your manuals useless, your tech support useless!

Everything is great except the hopper. I'm very disappointed it doesn't come close to the genie. I prefer the price and the channels over DirecTV but the hopper is terrible. It tapes whatever it wants and makes it impossible to see what shows you have chosen to tape. And almost just as impossible to search for shows you want.

Sign-up via phone good, we'll explained. Installation was great! Technician very competent and friendly. System works great as far as TV. Internet works well, but a bit slow.

We had an awful experience with the competitor after our recent move, and DISH came through and saved the day and saved us money! The technician was incredible and stayed to show us how it all worked. Thank you DISH!

As the result, I have instead STS(9899), DTSKY(9900), AMDIA(9901), RKINO(9902),ILUZN(9904). All are the Russian channels. I am not talking about American channels now. But your representative initially gave me the wrong information about the Russian channels. So I do not have whatever was expected. Also I would need the full list of all channels you provide with the names and numbers of the channels. I do not know how you are going to solve that problem but now I am very unsatisfied with that. Also nobody told me about 2 years contract I have to follow. I am very regret that I switched to your service.
