My installer went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. He did more than expected and was very professional. Service provided was excellent.

Although I'm working with a resolution department individual, I've been stressed to a point that I feel is unacceptable. The entire process has been a nightmare full of inconsistencies and false promises with respect to both cable service and internet service.
Unreliable!
I recently moved here after living most of the last 12 years overseas. The only reason I have disc is the gentlemen I bought this place from had Dish so it seemed an easy fix just to turn it over with the company and keep that service. He had no real complaints but did not use your internet service.
During the interaction with your business office it felt very high pressure sales plus they never said anything about drilling holes through the house I had hoped it would be wireless but of course it is not. Plus they never talk about the unreliability of the system when there is the slightest bad weather. The installation sent okay and the techician seemed competent and was pleasant. Two days after the initial installation we had the first light snow of the season and lost both the TV and the Internet. With some assistance from your "Complete Signal Lost" promopt on the failure screen I got it back up and running but this morning after another light snow the TV is out again and it has been for several hours. When the TV works it is okay but for the money you charge your product should be of a higher quality but, sorry to say, it is not.
My other issue is with your internet. It is slow and unreliable and I rely on it to conduct business in Southeast Asia. When the internet is out it hampers my ability to conduct business and ultimately is costing me money.
So all in all I am not a very satisfied customer at all and would summarize as follows:
1. Business Office is high pressure and borderline dishonest or just reluctant to lay out the ins and outs of the Dish System:
2. Expensive for the poor quality of service.
3. Internet is totally unacceptable, slow (I have gotten into the habit of calling up a web site and doing something else while I wait for the website to come up.

Haven't had any problems only had it for about a week and a half so far so I can't say too much but the pictures been clear haven't had any interruptions yet I do expect you know cloud cover to interrupt it but other than that I have had no problems call cover hasn't been a problem yet

I'm well satisfied with the tech and install though I had to wait for the channel guide to arrive via snail mail
So far Dish is wonderful!!! A lot better than direct TV!!

Aggressive and Incompetent
The sales people were determined to close the deal even though the leasing office at my apt complex said a dish could not be used on my side of the building. I tried to cancel my contract the week before but they assured me the office was misinformed. The installer (who was very pleasant and punctual) was able to see at first glance that there were too many trees to install. I wasted most of my day, had to start over with a competent provider, and am still waiting for my refund! No reason to use this company!
Horrible install
Install in a brand new house with no drywall and an open basement looked horrible. The technician picked his own spot to drill through the side of the brand new siding without any approval. They are returning to completely redo the installation and fix all the mistakes. Hopefully round two goes better......stay tuned.
Worst experience ever......
Everything they could do or say was bad. Charged extra cost of over 100 dollars. Had to miss two days work, do to the original installer placed the satellites on an electric poll which is illegal by the way. Spent at least 4 hours on the phone with service operators including the president group. Which they never called back after I requested they go over the recordings of what was promised and at what price. They said they would take off charges and only did about 1/2 of what was promised. The last guy that did the installation did get things hooked up but was after 630 pm. Before he was able to get there. Said a boss out of Colorado had call him. So I could have gone to work.. All in all I am still not satisfied on my charges and the lost work. But too tired of the run around.

Internet Service
Although I wasn't able to get the dish, I am happy with the internet service. I hope to have trees cut down in my yard to get the dish service.

Tv is good internet not 4 gamers
If your a gamer like me don't get internet through dish. I can't even Play cod black ops 3 online even directly plugged in to modem. I get one bar and it cliches so much that I can't even play.

our tech Wally was awesome...we talked, laughed but he got the job done...he made sure everything was perfect...he explained everything to us...he made sure we had not questions left unanswered before he left...he didn't complain at all and you can tell he really loves his job and what he does...if I have to have a tech come out for any reason I would deff request Wally...Thank You So Much...and we are enjoying our dish service very much
I love the TV system! Internet is a tremendous disappointment...
The TV is excellent! The Internet is a huge disappointment: I was promised 50Gb data, which is barely enough for a month, and when I looked I saw it was 50Gb from 2AM to 8AM and only 15Gb anytime! It is VERY slow downloading too! A little honesty when I ordered it would have been nice and I would not have signed up for Internet with Dish. Wher is Weather channel interactive. We were promised 3 months free premium channels, where are they??

Thanks for your outstanding TV services. I'll recommend to anyone looking to have better TV without the excess of cost. We'll stay with DishTV service as long as possible. Nice work performed from technicians and contractor Rob, super guy too. Hard and smart workers all absolutely!

Dish is better then DIRECT TV.
My neighbor in my Woodminster Condo. Complex talked me into switching from DIRECT TV to the DISH NETWORK. Great decision.
