My local broker referred me to Usay Compare, to help me save money on my existing private health insurance or receive better value for money. Jovianne at Usay phoned me as planned and went through a series of medical questions to clarify the information my broker gave them. She was very polite, helpful and efficient. Jovi provided alternative quotes within a couplke of hours and outlined 2 proposals with BUPA. She allowed me time to chat to my wife and for us to decide which option we felt was best for us. Jovi dealt with the switch very efficiently and told us Usay would contact us near the renewal date to run through more options at that time. Jovi provided excellent service and is a credit to your company.

After receiving a renewal quote from our existing insurer, which was a significant increase on the current year, I found 'myTribeinsurance' via Google and they put me in touch with Usay compare. We were promptly contacted by Jovianne Beeby and have been very pleased with the research she undertook and the recommendations she made. We now await the documentation from our new insurer together with the Usay Welcome Pack.
