Outstanding Intro into private Healthcare
We were thinking about private health care and so I was prompted to contact Usay -compare and very pleased to be speaking to a friendly member of their team.
Her name was Marianne Ward and certainly a credit to her company and obviously knew her job very well.
Never pushy, had plenty of time for me, talked me through my options and sent us through our quote.
We were going on holiday soon after our chat so I said we were definitely going to consider this avenue and could she phone us back in 6 weeks.
So to her word on the dot Marianne called us we went through everything again bless her asked us on several occasions if we had any queries and we have now taken out a great plan with Aviva.
So if ever anyone is considering this avenue I would definitely tell them about our experience.
A happy Mr & Mrs with peace of mind.

The whole process was seamless and I never felt under pressure at any time. Call backs were agreed and the calls came through at the agreed time.
Overall a very good experience.

Knowlegdable and not pushy at all
Allan's knowledge of the medical insurance market was very impressive and he was not pushy at all. He managed to find a more suitable product and even sorted out the remaining months on my old medical insurance. Definitely above and beyond.

I was very pleased with this company
I was very pleased with this company. My experience from initial contact through to finally signing up was very good.
What was very important to me was that the agent whom i dealt with did was experienced and knowledgeable.
Having provided me with the information that I needed they were satisfied in allowing a review period with a follow up call.
I would recommend this approach over trying to assess the individual providers directly.
