Very poor delivery time
Great price but delivery service was very poor. I appreciate we are in unusual times but my order was 2 weeks from ordering to delivery even after a couple of jag emails. Every other online order I've made this week even from small independent retailers have arrived either the next or 2nd day after ordering.

Expensive postage outside uk
Good sales excellent website seems like they don't work weekends so took little longer to get stuff shipped and sent with a reply from there customer service that all good just needed a little patience that didn't bother me👍 would give five stars if it didn't have as steep postage price only problem about them

Totally unresponsive, item not shipped timely
Very disappointed with my experience here so far. Ordered a pair of climbing shoes, and have sent a few emails to them asking for updates. Have had zero response from them and it's been over 72 hours. On their website they advertise that they respond within a few hours daily 9am-4pm. Definitely not true in my experience. Pretty frustrated. Honestly wish I could just cancel my order and take my business elsewhere where I can actually communicate with someone and get a shipment posted in a reasonable timeframe. But I don't want to cancel it and then find out that they actually already shipped it, and then be out all the money for expensive international return shipping. So just stuck in limbo until they decide to respond to me, if they ever do.
Don't recommend this company at all unfortunately, at least if you care about being able to correspond with vendors and having your items ship on time.
