Urban Arrow in Miami
We live in Miami, where riding a car is mostly the way of life. As Dutchies we really love to ride a bike so we decided to buy an Urban Arrow - now I can bring my daughter to school in the UA, even when itâs really hot, because it is so comfortable and easy to drive. It gives me a feeling of freedom. My daughter loves it, and the design is also beautiful - we are a real attraction for people when we drive by, a lot of ohâs and ahâs!!! And they didnât even drive on it yet :)
Very happy we decided to buy it - and shout out to the help I got from the people that work at UA. Fantastic experience overall!

Ideaal om mobiel en actief te blijven in de stad!
Wij hebben onlangs de nieuwste Urban Arrow Family Next aangeschaft en zijn er uitermate blij mee. Ondanks de grote bak, fietst de Urban Arrow heel licht, gemakkelijk en comfortabel. We hebben ook handige add-ons, o.a. de maxi cosi adaptor, waardoor we de fiets nu al met onze pasgeboren baby kunnen gebruiken. Zelfs met kinderen en boodschappen, ben je enorm mobiel in de stad. Ideaal dus voor gezinnen die niet elke keer met de auto op pad willen.

Support was erg behulpzaam
Support was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er was een onderdeel van de fiets losgekomen maar we konden er niet achterkomen waar het vandaan kwam. Een foto naar support was genoeg en zij konden het onderdeel lokaliseren.

Stuur en trapper los in de eerste 200km.
De momenten dat je erop kunt fietsen en er geen onderdelen loskomen, is het heerlijk. Maar we hebben nog geen 250km gefietst of er zijn al essentiële onderdelen zomaar losgekomen:
Na 20km, met peuter in de bak: STUUR LOS!
Na 200km, peuter in de bak: TRAPPER LOS!
En de reactie? âOh ja heel vervelend, zou niet moeten gebeuren. Ga er even mee langs de dealer.â
Alsof ik tijd en zin heb om binnen 2 maanden na aankoop (bijna âŹ7000!) 5 keer even langs de dealer te gaan!
Dealer is trouwens Theo Schilder in Alkmaar. Dit is uiteraard grotendeels hun verantwoordelijkheid en fout, maar Urban Arrow had zich nooit aan deze dealer moeten verbinden.

The bike is probably the best bike i have had in my life, however the level of support has been very disappointing. My dealer has caused problems as I have not been able to get a decent service in terms of the electrical side to the urban arrow shorty and now it seems mh battery is out of warranty although it never worked since buying the bike and now I am being pushed to one side by everybody, my dealer, bosh and urban arrow. No professionalism. I believe this is not fare as I only want to help vulnerable people. Maybe I should have chosen another bike company.

Super fiets van topkwaliteit
Heb sinds januari een Urban Arrow Family (performance plus), inmiddels zoân 1000km gebruikt, superfijne fiets!
- automatisch schakelen is echt een verademing
- motor biedt fijne ondersteuning en is stil
- hele ruime bak! Genoeg ruimte voor twee kinderen en boodschappen
- range is top. In de winter op standje turbo zeker 60 km nog haalbaar
- voelt heel stabiel en veilig, stuurt natuurlijk.
Absolute aanrader voor iedereen met een jong gezin of als vervanger voor de auto.

He was fast, As far as i know, according to the map there is a distribution and service in austria, but the college thought the closest dealership for hungary is located in germany or Poland. which one is true? he didint replied to the fact that, are there any plans in the near future for opening a shop in hungary or not? so it is still remain a question. I see random urban arrows in hungary but defenetly it would be a dealbreaker for choosing this bike if an official service shop would be here also.

Liebes Urban Arrow Team
Liebes Urban Arrow Team, wir hatten das erste UA und haben es sehr geliebt. Aber nach 10.000 km war es dann auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen Gerade habe ich das Urban Arrow Family Next pro gekauft. Und hatte sehr groĂe Vorfreude und Erwartungen. Ein Punkt, der mir wirklich negativ aufgefallen ist, dass ich das Vorderrad nicht mehr sehen kann. Das ist schlecht, wenn man mit kleinen Kindern fĂ€hrt, die vor einem fahren und man mit dem Vorderrad diese fast anfĂ€hrt!!!! Die vordere Federung ist auch nicht so effektiv, wie ich es mir gewĂŒnscht habe. Ich hatte gehofft, dass man einen BĂŒrgersteig im Schieben leichter hochkommt. Dies ist genauso schwierig wie ohne Federung. Die Schaltung mit Automatikstufe, den Anzeigen zum runter Schalten und das ganze Display sind wirklich toll. Ich finde das Fahrrad sehr laut, wenn es leer ist. Ich denke immer, dass ein Flugzeug am Himmel fliegt. Dabei ist es nur das Rauschen der Box. Dies hatten wir vorher eigentlich auch nicht. Ich finde es auch nach wie vor einfach zu schwer. Es ist immer gefĂ€hrlich, wenn man nicht guten Stand hat oder auf Schotter fĂ€hrt. Man kann dieses Fahrrad einfach nicht halten. Ich wollte eigentlich ein Riese und MĂŒller kaufen, weil es voll gefedert ist und auch sicherer fĂ€hrt und zudem nur 35 Kilo wiegt. Aber dort hat man eine Sitzhaltung wie auf einem Trekkingrad, so krumm. Das gefĂ€llt mir nicht. Darum habe ich mich wieder fĂŒr ein Urban Arrow entschieden. Das Rad ist toll, Die Box ist riesig und das ist wirklich super. Zur Not kann man jemanden mitnehmen. Aber die negativen Seiten sollten zukĂŒnftig behoben werden. Ganz liebe GrĂŒĂe
