We live in Miami, where riding a car is mostly the way of life. As Dutchies we really love to ride a bike so we decided to buy an Urban Arrow - now I can bring my daughter to school in the UA, even when it’s really hot, because it is so comfortable and easy to drive. It gives me a feeling of freedom. My daughter loves it, and the design is also beautiful - we are a real attraction for people when we drive by, a lot of oh’s and ah’s!!! And they didn’t even drive on it yet :)

Very happy we decided to buy it - and shout out to the help I got from the people that work at UA. Fantastic experience overall!

Superb service. Already 4y customer. When something breaks down (which is very little due to high quality). Service team is always ready to help and they even go beyond to provide/suggest new updates.

Wij hebben onlangs de nieuwste Urban Arrow Family Next aangeschaft en zijn er uitermate blij mee. Ondanks de grote bak, fietst de Urban Arrow heel licht, gemakkelijk en comfortabel. We hebben ook handige add-ons, o.a. de maxi cosi adaptor, waardoor we de fiets nu al met onze pasgeboren baby kunnen gebruiken. Zelfs met kinderen en boodschappen, ben je enorm mobiel in de stad. Ideaal dus voor gezinnen die niet elke keer met de auto op pad willen.

Best bike ever for Our Family

I asked for Some information and get all the information there was available

Support was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er was een onderdeel van de fiets losgekomen maar we konden er niet achterkomen waar het vandaan kwam. Een foto naar support was genoeg en zij konden het onderdeel lokaliseren.

De momenten dat je erop kunt fietsen en er geen onderdelen loskomen, is het heerlijk. Maar we hebben nog geen 250km gefietst of er zijn al essentiële onderdelen zomaar losgekomen:
Na 20km, met peuter in de bak: STUUR LOS!
Na 200km, peuter in de bak: TRAPPER LOS!

En de reactie? “Oh ja heel vervelend, zou niet moeten gebeuren. Ga er even mee langs de dealer.”
Alsof ik tijd en zin heb om binnen 2 maanden na aankoop (bijna €7000!) 5 keer even langs de dealer te gaan!
Dealer is trouwens Theo Schilder in Alkmaar. Dit is uiteraard grotendeels hun verantwoordelijkheid en fout, maar Urban Arrow had zich nooit aan deze dealer moeten verbinden.

The bike is probably the best bike i have had in my life, however the level of support has been very disappointing. My dealer has caused problems as I have not been able to get a decent service in terms of the electrical side to the urban arrow shorty and now it seems mh battery is out of warranty although it never worked since buying the bike and now I am being pushed to one side by everybody, my dealer, bosh and urban arrow. No professionalism. I believe this is not fare as I only want to help vulnerable people. Maybe I should have chosen another bike company.
